An initiative that intends to mobilise people born after 1995, the generation most exposed to online bullying, to encourage them to take steps when they witness attacks.<br \/>\nBy means of a communique, the organisation has indicated that \u00ab<strong>the consequences of Internet violence are similar to physical violence: post-traumatic stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, depression, and physical pain<\/strong>\u00bb.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6803 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/ciberacoso-2.jpg?resize=378%2C252\" alt=\"\" width=\"378\" height=\"252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/ciberacoso-2.jpg?resize=300%2C200 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/ciberacoso-2.jpg?resize=768%2C512 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/ciberacoso-2.jpg?w=810 810w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/><br \/>\nAlthough this campaign has been launched in the United States, they hope it will extend to countries, such as Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, China, and Japan, particularly targeting the so-called <strong>Z Generation<\/strong>, the generation that has not known a world without the Internet. According to the Bullying Statistics Association, these young people are most frequently affected by cyberbullying and one out of every two has been a victim.<\/p>\n<h3>The most vulnerable people<\/h3>\n<p>According to a report submitted by their organisation to the&nbsp; <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unwomen.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UN on Gender<\/a><\/strong> Equality and Empowerment, known as UN Women, <strong>women are 27 times more likely to be bullied on the Internet than men. \u00abOnline sexist violence is a global phenomenon that seeks to intimidate and silence women in the digital space<\/strong>\u00bb, says the Foundation.
