The 9th Adecco Infoempleo Report reveals that 38.5% of company job offers require a university profile<\/h4>\n

Most companies focus on university graduates to add to their staff. This is the conclusion of the 9th Infoempleo Report by Adecco and Spring Professional<\/a><\/strong>. More specifically, during the last year, 38.5% of job offers were aimed at this profile.<\/p>\n

Business Management and Administration<\/strong> (BMA) stands out with the highest number of professional opportunities; 9% of job vacancies require this degree. It is followed, once again, by ICT Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Work Sciences, Labour Relations and Human Resources, Biomedicine and Nursing.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the degrees with a greater percentage of graduates than jobs in the labour market and which barely rank among the 50 university degrees<\/strong> most sought after by companies, include Arts and Humanities, as well as some legal-social degrees, such as Geography and History, Political Sciences or Journalism.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, there are degrees with an average employability rate. These include those in the science-health field, such as Medicine or Pharmacy, and some engineering fields, such as Chemistry, Naval and Oceanic or Civil engineering.<\/p>\n

Employment by Autonomous Community<\/h4>\n

According to the Autonomous Communities, most job offers are placed in the Autonomous Community of Madrid<\/strong> (27.1%), and in Catalonia and the Basque Country,<\/strong> which contribute 19.4% and 12.3% to the total employment offer in Spain, respectively. These three territories account for more than half of the applications. Below 10%, we have Andalusia, Castilla y Le\u00f3n, Comunidad Valenciana, La Rioja, and Extremadura.<\/p>\n

Of all the job offers aimed at graduates, 11.7% come from the education and training sector; therefore, it is this sector that requires the highest proportion of graduates. In addition, this sector has experienced the highest growth over the past year, rising from 8.2% to 11.7%.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
