Los menores de 25 a\u00f1os que no est\u00e9n trabajando ni estudiando pueden inscribirse ya en un registro telem\u00e1tico<\/h3>\n

La lucha contra la situaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica que presenta el paro juvenil en Espa\u00f1a y en otros pa\u00edses del Sur de Europa cuenta con una nueva herramienta: el Plan de Garant\u00eda Juvenil. Un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de la aprobaci\u00f3n por parte de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea de un fondo de 6.000 millones de euros para combatir el desempleo entre los j\u00f3venes, de los que Espa\u00f1a recibir\u00e1 1.887, se empiezan a dar los primeros pasos para su puesta en marcha.<\/p>\n

La ministra de Empleo y Seguridad Social, F\u00e1tima B\u00e1\u00f1ez, anunci\u00f3 la semana pasada que el Estado y las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas trabajar\u00e1n en un registro telem\u00e1tico \u00fanico, que entr\u00f3 en funcionamiento el 7 de julio, para ofrecer un trabajo, formaci\u00f3n o pr\u00e1cticas a los j\u00f3venes en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de cuatro meses<\/strong>. \u201cSe trata de que los menores de 25 a\u00f1os no ocupados, que tampoco est\u00e9n trabajando ni form\u00e1ndose, puedan tener una experiencia laboral e insertarse en el mercado de trabajo\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El registro estar\u00e1 incluido en el portal de Garant\u00eda Juvenil<\/a> y ser\u00e1 accesible a j\u00f3venes y empresas. El portal contar\u00e1 con informaci\u00f3n general del sistema, un \u00e1rea personal que incluye m\u00f3dulos formativos para las personas registradas y el acceso a la web de empleo del Ministerio.
\nLa Garant\u00eda Juvenil se enmarca en la Estrategia de Emprendimiento y Empleo Joven 2013-2016, una iniciativa ministerial que contempla 100 medidas dirigidas a facilitar el empleo y el autoempleo de los j\u00f3venes. Entre ellas, destaca la reducci\u00f3n de cotizaci\u00f3n a la Seguridad Social en empresas de menos de diez trabajadores por la contrataci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes menores de 30 a\u00f1os, o la tarifa plana de 50 euros en las cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social de los aut\u00f3nomos. Dos medidas que, seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Empleo, han conseguido que 400 j\u00f3venes est\u00e9n encontrando una oportunidad de empleo por cuenta ajena o propia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
