Con esta premisa en mente, la multinacional Nestl\u00e9 ha puesto en marcha este a\u00f1o <a title=\"Nestl\u00e9 Needs Youth\" href=\"http:\/\/www.empresa.nestle.es\/es\/trabaja-con-nosotros\/iniciativa-empleo-juvenil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nestl\u00e9 needs YOUth<\/a>, un ambicioso programa en Europa para incorporar nuevos talentos a la firma, contribuyendo a su vez a su formaci\u00f3n y permiti\u00e9ndoles adquirir experiencia.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VOP_LzgQx8I\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>En concreto, ofrecer\u00e1 un total hasta 10.000 oportunidades de empleo y 10.000 puestos de pr\u00e1cticas y formaci\u00f3n para j\u00f3venes europeos menores de 30 a\u00f1os. La iniciativa se desarrollar\u00e1 hasta 2016. En Espa\u00f1a, 1.250 j\u00f3venes se beneficiar\u00e1n de esta iniciativa durante este periodo. De ellos, unos 750 de ellos pasar\u00e1n a formar parte de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para cubrir nuevas necesidades de empleo, en materia de exportaciones, como parte del relevo generacional que conllevan las jubilaciones o para cubrir puestos de trabajo en otras sociedades del grupo.<\/p>\n<p>El vicepresidente ejecutivo y director de la zona europea de la multinacional, Laurent Freixe, ha recordado que uno de cada cuatro j\u00f3venes se encuentra desempleado en Europa. \u201cDebemos plantearnos c\u00f3mo puede afectar que se encuentren sin ingresos, sin futuro y sin esperanza. En definitiva, marginados\u201d, advierte el responsable de Nestl\u00e9 en nuestro continente. Por ello la firma ha impulsado este macroproyecto con la idea de reinvertir parte de su crecimiento \u201cpara potenciar su empleabilidad, independientemente de su nivel de estudios\u201d, indica Freixe.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wKi1gZPMXVo?list=PLonewKI5UChJr1dZ3eeN4hWkQYu1viiMb\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trabajar en el norte de Europa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De hecho, existe un amplio abanico de oportunidades en las distintas \u00e1reas de trabajo: producci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n, ventas o marketing, departamento financiero, de recursos humanos e ingenier\u00eda de los distintos centros de trabajo de Nestl\u00e9. \u201cA su vez, hemos dise\u00f1ado funciones espec\u00edficas para proporcionar a j\u00f3venes de pa\u00edses como Grecia, Italia, Espa\u00f1a o Portugal una experiencia valios\u00edsima trabajando para nuestra firma en Suiza, Francia, Alemania, Austria, los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos o el Reino Unido, pa\u00edses con bajo \u00edndice de desempleo\u201d, apuntan los promotores del programa.<\/p>\n<p>Para facilitar la transici\u00f3n entre la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y el mundo laboral, se ha puesto en marcha el programa <a title=\"Readliness for work\" href=\"http:\/\/preparing4work.org\/curricula\/work-readiness\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Readiness for Work<\/em><\/a>, que incluye asesoramiento profesional, talleres de elaboraci\u00f3n de curr\u00edculos y formaci\u00f3n para entrevistas, desarroll\u00e1ndose en centros docentes, facultades universitarias y centros de trabajo de Nestl\u00e9. Asimismo, la multinacional animar\u00e1 a sus m\u00e1s de 63.000 proveedores europeos a participar en la iniciativa, ofreciendo puestos de trabajo o formaci\u00f3n a j\u00f3venes en el marco del proyecto <a title=\"Alliance for Youth\" href=\"http:\/\/www.allianceforyouth.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Alliance for Youth<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 cuenta en Espa\u00f1a con 12 centros de producci\u00f3n, que se encuentran distribuidos en siete comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, donde emplea aproximadamente a 6.000 personas.
