Coca-Cola puso en marcha hace dos a\u00f1os el proyecto GIRA, que ha ayudado ya a m\u00e1s de 1.300 j\u00f3venes con menos oportunidades a mejorar su empleabilidad y <strong>pretende llegar a los 2.000 beneficiarios en 2015<\/strong>. Esta iniciativa trata de conseguir que chavales de entre 16 y 23 a\u00f1os con pocas oportunidades y dificultades econ\u00f3micas y acad\u00e9micas adquieran unas capacidades y aptitudes que les ayuden a acceder al mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Coca-Cola cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de cinco entidades sociales,<strong> Fundaci\u00f3n Tomillo, Asociaci\u00f3n Semilla, Asociaci\u00f3n Norte Joven, Fundaci\u00f3n EXIT y Fundaci\u00f3n Solventia<\/strong>, que han puesto a disposici\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes programas de formaci\u00f3n, talleres, asesoramiento y pr\u00e1cticas laborales remuneradas junto a profesionales destacados del mundo de la m\u00fasica, el teatro, el deporte y la hosteler\u00eda. En concreto, varios de estos j\u00f3venes han trabajado en diferentes eventos impulsados por la empresa de refrescos, como los premios Buero de Teatro Joven, las giras de Carlos Jean y Pablo Albor\u00e1n o en producciones del Teatro Real y los Teatros del Canal de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>El director de Relaciones Corporativas de Coca-Cola, Juan Jos\u00e9 Litr\u00e1n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 durante la presentaci\u00f3n de estos datos que <strong>el proyecto GIRA ha logrado una empleabilidad cercana al 10%, sobre todo en hosteler\u00eda<\/strong>, aunque destac\u00f3 la importancia de que <strong>muchos j\u00f3venes \u00abretomen sus estudios y recuperen la autoestima\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/--zPs-jIJ94\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las multinacionales tambi\u00e9n han decidido arrimar el hombro para intentar reducir las alarmantes cifras en las que se mueve el desempleo juvenil.
