{"id":1896,"date":"2014-11-07T14:51:36","date_gmt":"2014-11-07T13:51:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=1896"},"modified":"2014-11-07T14:51:36","modified_gmt":"2014-11-07T13:51:36","slug":"objective-reduce-mismatch-training-employment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/objective-reduce-mismatch-training-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Objetivo: Reducir el desajuste entre formaci\u00f3n y empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La eficacia del sistema formativo en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 en entredicho debido a que muchos j\u00f3venes titulados universitarios se ven obligados a emplearse en trabajos que requieren una cualificaci\u00f3n inferior a su formaci\u00f3n, lo que se traduce en una gran frustraci\u00f3n.<strong> \u00abEl principal problema es que se est\u00e1n generando expectativas que se ven defraudadas\u00bb<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 la <strong>secretaria de Estado de Educaci\u00f3n, FP y Universidades, Montserrat Gomendio<\/strong>. En este sentido, hizo referencia al Informe de Inserci\u00f3n Laboral de los Estudiantes Universitarios, con datos sobre las posibilidades de\u00a0empleo\u00a0y salario de los distintos estudios. Aun as\u00ed, reconoci\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 quienes tengan gran vocaci\u00f3n por unos determinados estudios, pero es importante conocer las consecuencias laborales de la decisi\u00f3n dados los niveles de paro.<\/p>\n<p>Gomendio explic\u00f3 las conclusiones del primero de los talleres sobre<strong> &#8216;Estrategia de competencias de la OCDE&#8217; para Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, con participaci\u00f3n de siete ministerios y de todas las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas. A finales de noviembre habr\u00e1 otro en Cuenca, esta vez con intervenci\u00f3n de los agentes educativos, sindicatos, asociaciones empresariales y profesionales y expertos. Entre los principales objetivos, est\u00e1n la necesidad de continuar disminuyendo el abandono escolar prematuro, mejorar las competencias de j\u00f3venes y adultos, sobre todo en lectura y matem\u00e1ticas, aumentar el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico de los alumnos y corregir los desajustes \u00abobvios\u00bb entre las necesidades del mercado laboral y la educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de integrar toda la informaci\u00f3n que aporta tanto el Gobierno como las comunidades y el resto de agentes para definir las competencias que deben desarrollar j\u00f3venes y adultos con vistas a definir el futuro modelo econ\u00f3mico que quiere Espa\u00f1a y decidir cu\u00e1les son los pasos y las pol\u00edticas de inversi\u00f3n, fiscales, educativas y de empleo para conseguirlo. <strong>\u00abSer\u00eda un gran \u00e9xito ponernos de acuerdo en el modelo econ\u00f3mico y social para los pr\u00f3ximos diez o 20 a\u00f1os\u00bb<\/strong>, enfatiz\u00f3 Gomendio.<\/p>\n<p>Las comunidades compartir\u00e1n datos sobre ejercicios de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en cada una de ellas, ya que la falta de informaci\u00f3n en esta cuesti\u00f3n es quiz\u00e1s una de las deficiencias del sistema, afirm\u00f3 la secretaria de Estado.
