El objetivo de este programa, coordinado por la Fundaci\u00f3n, es situar el empleo juvenil en la Agenda Global del Desarrollo Humano a trav\u00e9s de la declaraci\u00f3n, por parte de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, del periodo <strong>como D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Iberdrola se convierte en la primera gran compa\u00f1\u00eda del Ibex 35 que presta su apoyo a esta iniciativa, cuyo objetivo es que la D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil sea una oportunidad y un motor de transformaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social de las organizaciones y pa\u00edses, mediante la b\u00fasqueda de soluciones consensuadas a la situaci\u00f3n de desempleo o empleo precario que afecta a los j\u00f3venes de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de Iberdrola, Ignacio Gal\u00e1n, ha destacado que \u00abesta adhesi\u00f3n debe enmarcarse en nuestro compromiso con la creaci\u00f3n de empleo estable y de calidad, y con la formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de las personas: en total y como empresa tractora que somos,<strong> Iberdrola da empleo en el mundo a m\u00e1s de 350.000 personas<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>En virtud de este acuerdo, que se prolongar\u00e1 inicialmente hasta finales de 2017, Iberdrola aportar\u00e1 su experiencia para que el proyecto Pegasus incorpore herramientas que permitan a los j\u00f3venes que se incorporan al mundo laboral disponer de la suficiente informaci\u00f3n para dise\u00f1ar su plan profesional en sus distintas dimensiones.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iberdrola, a trav\u00e9s de la Fundaci\u00f3n Novia Salcedo, se ha adherido al proyecto Pegasus mediante un acuerdo suscrito hoy en Bilbao.
