Los 31.000 trabajadores de Adecco salieron a la calle con el objetivo de asesorar a los desempleados sobre la b\u00fasqueda de un puesto de trabajo, especialmente a los j\u00f3venes de entre 15 y 24 a\u00f1os. En Espa\u00f1a, donde comenz\u00f3 esta iniciativa en 2012 con el nombre de Redgeneraci\u00f3n,<strong> 1.500 empleados<\/strong> encabezados por su presidente, Enrique S\u00e1nchez, informaron acerca de los factores clave para conseguir un empleo, como la elaboraci\u00f3n correcta de un curr\u00edculum, de un plan de b\u00fasqueda de trabajo o consejos sobre c\u00f3mo utilizar las redes sociales. Se pretend\u00eda dar as\u00ed respuesta a las principales dudas que albergan muchos j\u00f3venes que han terminado los estudios o est\u00e1n a punto de hacerlo y est\u00e1n buscando una oportunidad laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Esta multinacional de empleo temporal prest\u00f3 una especial atenci\u00f3n a los universitarios, con varias caravanas repartidas por universidades de Madrid, Sevilla, Barcelona y Valencia. En el resto de las ciudades, los empleados de Adecco atendieron dudas y ofrecieron consejos a pie de calle, junto a las oficinas. Adem\u00e1s, una de las novedades de este a\u00f1o fue que se habilit\u00f3 un tel\u00e9fono gratuito para atender a los desempleados que no pudieran desplazarse hasta los puntos de encuentro f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<h3>Campa\u00f1a internacional<\/h3>\n<p>Esta iniciativa se desarroll\u00f3 en 60 pa\u00edses de forma simult\u00e1nea. Por ejemplo, en <strong>Per\u00fa<\/strong> la campa\u00f1a, que lleva por nombre <strong>Way to Work 2015<\/strong>, tuvo lugar en las ciudades de Lima, Arequipa, Cuzco, Piura y Trujillo. Se preve\u00eda que m\u00e1s de 2.000 estudiantes recibieran asesoramiento laboral en distintos institutos y universidades. Este a\u00f1o se abri\u00f3 un portal web para que todas las personas interesadas puedieran puedan acceder a informaci\u00f3n y consejos pr\u00e1cticos que mejoraran su empleabilidad. Seg\u00fan la OIT, en el pa\u00eds andino hay un mill\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes desempleados.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en <strong>Argentina<\/strong> unos 400 trabajadores de Adecco recorrieron m\u00e1s de 200 puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de la capital y de regiones como San Luis, Salta, Tucum\u00e1n, C\u00f3rdoba o Santa Fe.
