{"id":2644,"date":"2015-05-12T18:22:42","date_gmt":"2015-05-12T16:22:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=2644"},"modified":"2015-05-12T18:22:42","modified_gmt":"2015-05-12T16:22:42","slug":"key-aspects-of-ecosoc-sustainable-development-through-decent-employment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/key-aspects-of-ecosoc-sustainable-development-through-decent-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Las claves del evento del ECOSOC: Desarrollo sostenible a trav\u00e9s del empleo decente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta conferencia, que se desarroll\u00f3 en la ciudad de Nueva York durante los d\u00edas 30 de marzo y 1 de abril, sirvi\u00f3 para destapar algunas de las <strong>pr\u00f3ximas tendencias del mercado laboral y algunos problemas que persisten hoy d\u00eda en el mismo.<\/strong> En primer lugar, la tasa de crecimiento del empleo mundial se situ\u00f3 alrededor de un 1,7% entre 1991 y 2007. Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, debido entre otras cosas a la profunda crisis socio-econ\u00f3mica, se ha reducido hasta un 1,2%. Seg\u00fan apuntan los expertos, ser\u00e1 necesario crear un total de 27 millones de puestos de trabajo en los a\u00f1os venideros para poner fin a este acuciante periodo hist\u00f3rico, absorbiendo as\u00ed la nueva fuerza de trabajo. Para concluir con el apartado de tendencias globales, cabe destacar que durante 2014 casi el 6% de la mano de obra empleada lo fue sin un trabajo de por medio.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, <strong>respecto a la dimensi\u00f3n social del empleo<\/strong>, el <strong>paro juvenil en todo el globo alcanz\u00f3 una tasa media del 13%<\/strong>, una cifra del todo inadmisible, que supone todo un lastre para la empleabilidad de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes y pone en serios aprietos a toda una generaci\u00f3n. Para m\u00e1s inri, este dato es el triple en comparaci\u00f3n con el desempleo en general. A esto hay que a\u00f1adir que casi la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n empleada a escala planetaria est\u00e1 en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, especialmente colectivos como el de las mujeres. Si dividimos el mundo por regiones, el \u00c1frica Subsahariana y el Sur de Asia tienen puestos de trabajo sometidos a vulnerabilidad en un 76% de los casos.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la <strong>inversi\u00f3n en capital humano<\/strong> en los pa\u00edses desarrollados supuso un aumento del 11% en el PIB entre los a\u00f1os 1991 y 2011. No obstante, en el caso particular de los pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo ese porcentaje es el doble. Adem\u00e1s, el 34% de los trabajadores de estos mismos pa\u00edses forma parte de la <strong>clase media<\/strong>, lo que supone un dato esperanzador.
