Dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del lanzamiento de la Garant\u00eda Juvenil la Comisi\u00f3n Europea<\/a> ha organizado una conferencia de difusi\u00f3n para examinar las lecciones y logros experimentado hasta ahora. El objetivo principal de la conferencia, celebrada el pasado 8 de may, fue evaluar 18 proyectos locales piloto innovadora Garant\u00eda Juvenil que se lanzaron por el Parlamento Europeo y la Comisi\u00f3n Europea a finales de 2013.<\/p>\n

Los 18 proyectos piloto, introducido a petici\u00f3n del Parlamento Europeo, se llevaron a cabo en Espa\u00f1a, Italia, Rumania, Irlanda, Reino Unido, Polonia y Lituania. Las acciones han permitido la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos y experiencias que proporcionar\u00e1n a los Estados miembros con recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Garant\u00eda de la Juventud en el futuro. bajo la Garant\u00eda Juvenil, los Estados miembros se han comprometido a garantizar que todos los j\u00f3venes menores de 25 a\u00f1os que abandonan el sistema educativo o est\u00e9n en paro, encuentren un trabajo de calidad o de pr\u00e1cticas adecuado a sus habilidades y experiencia, o puedan unirse a un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n o educaci\u00f3n, dentro de un per\u00edodo de 4 meses.<\/p>\n

Representantes de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Empleo, Asuntos Sociales, Habilidades y Movilidad Laboral abri\u00f3 la conferencia, junto con las aportaciones de los j\u00f3venes de tres de los Estados miembros que hab\u00edan participado en los planes piloto de Garant\u00eda Juvenil. Los resultados generales de los proyectos piloto indican resultados positivos, lo que lleva a la creaci\u00f3n de 330 puestos de trabajo para j\u00f3venes en riesgo en \u00e1reas de excepcionalmente alto desempleo juvenil, y conducen a 255 j\u00f3venes que hasta un periodo de pr\u00e1cticas o inserci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, seg\u00fan una encuesta realizada durante la conferencia por los participantes, el 70% cree que los j\u00f3venes no est\u00e1n involucrados en la ejecuci\u00f3n de la Garant\u00eda Juvenil. El Foro Europeo de la Juventud<\/a> cree que las organizaciones juveniles pueden desempe\u00f1ar un papel muy activo en t\u00e9rminos de comunicaci\u00f3n para asegurar un mejor conocimiento del esquema entre los j\u00f3venes. Como los j\u00f3venes, a menudo, han perdido la confianza en los Servicios P\u00fablicos de Empleo el papel de las organizaciones de j\u00f3venes es vital para asegurar llegar a los j\u00f3venes m\u00e1s vulnerables de la sociedad.<\/p>\n
