Una tesitura que empuja a los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes a tomar las decisiones equivocadas, como bien reflejan los art\u00edculos que hemos publicado. Uno acerca del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/pegasus\/fundamentalism-unemployment-lack-prospects\/\">fundamentalismo y la escasez de oportunidades<\/a> y el otro sobre el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/youth-lethargy-arab-countries\/\">letargo juvenil en los pa\u00edses \u00e1rabes<\/a>. El desempleo juvenil acarrea toda una serie de problem\u00e1ticas que es necesario resolver para garantizar la prosperidad de la regi\u00f3n. Por todo ello, Silatech puso en marcha una iniciativa regional en Amman (Jordania) del 28 al 30 de abril titulada: &#8216;Empleo juvenil en el mundo \u00e1rabe: Promocionando soluciones innovadoras ante unos desaf\u00edos permanentes&#8217;. Las jornadas contaron con el apoyo de la IYF -Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional de Juventud-.<\/p>\n<p>En 2011, la juventud de toda la regi\u00f3n de MENA reaccion\u00f3 a d\u00e9cadas de exclusi\u00f3n en lo que respecta a aspectos sociales, pol\u00edticos y econ\u00f3micos tomando las calles y manifest\u00e1ndose. Pasados cuatro a\u00f1os se ha evidenciado un ligero cambio positivo en sus vidas. No obstante, no debemos olvidar que <strong>el paro juvenil de la citada comarca es el m\u00e1s grande en comparaci\u00f3n con el resto de resto del mundo<\/strong>. Para m\u00e1s inri, ha aumentado desde 2009 hasta alcanzar un alarmante 29%, coincidiendo con un declive del esp\u00edritu emprendedor. La soluci\u00f3n pasa por buscar sinergias entre gobierno, sector privado y ONGs a trav\u00e9s de medidas innovadoras.<\/p>\n<p>La conferencia se centr\u00f3 en el proceso de desarrollo de pol\u00edticas e iniciativas exitosas de empleo juvenil, y la creaci\u00f3n de oportunidades para los profesionales de replicar y hacer crecer los programas eficaces en toda la regi\u00f3n. A lo largo de toda la conferencia <strong>se expusieron posibles alternativas en los siguientes temas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Las innovaciones en la financiaci\u00f3n de las empresas j\u00f3venes<br \/>\n2. La participaci\u00f3n del sector privado para el empleo juvenil<br \/>\n3. La importancia del seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de los programas<br \/>\n4. El logro y la capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n de las iniciativas de empleo a trav\u00e9s de la tecnolog\u00eda<br \/>\n5. Asociaciones en la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas<br \/>\n6. Habilitaci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas de emprendimiento y alianzas<br \/>\n7.
