Afirma que cualquier estado que excluye a la juventud de la participaci\u00f3n en la construcci\u00f3n del mismo, pone en grave riesgo el devenir del pa\u00eds. Es necesario crear un clima de participaci\u00f3n activa entre los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes. Estos act\u00faan como una fundaci\u00f3n en la sociedad. Su energ\u00eda, su ingenio y su car\u00e1cter marcan el ritmo del desarrollo y la seguridad de la regi\u00f3n. En sus sue\u00f1os, esperanzas y energ\u00eda, un pa\u00eds halla la motivaci\u00f3n para crecer, su fuerza y su destino. De producirse con \u00e9xito todos estos elementos, el futuro de Nigeria quedar\u00eda garantizado.<\/p>\nLa juventud es mayor\u00eda en el pa\u00eds africano, supone el 60% de la poblaci\u00f3n total, unos 80 millones de j\u00f3venes<\/strong>. De este dado se deduce que su importancia se antoja vital y por tanto deben llevarse a cabo pol\u00edticas que incentiven el empleo y su inserci\u00f3n en la sociedad. El vigor y la intensidad de las mentes de los j\u00f3venes deben actuar como abanderados del pa\u00eds, deben formar parte de la \u2018primera l\u00ednea\u2019, deben consolidarse como la vanguardia de Nigeria. Existe un nexo muy potente entre el estado del bienestar y la implantaci\u00f3n de sistemas juveniles de desarrollo. Adem\u00e1s, la juventud lleva actuando como motor del progreso desde tiempos inmemoriales, jugando un papel decisivo en el periodo de independencia y del posterior asentamiento del nuevo sistema.<\/p>\nDe acuerdo con un reciente informe del CBN -Central Bank of Nigeria-, el paro juvenil en Nigeria alcanza la escalofriante cifra de m\u00e1s del 50%, 56 MILLONES de j\u00f3venes no tienen trabajo o tienen uno pero en condiciones precarias<\/strong>. Debemos tener en consideraci\u00f3n la pir\u00e1mide de poblaci\u00f3n de Nigeria, el 7\u00ba pa\u00eds m\u00e1s poblado del mundo, para entender la gravedad del problema.<\/p>\nAnte esta dram\u00e1tica situaci\u00f3n se podr\u00edan plantear varios escenarios con posibles soluciones. En primer lugar, el gobierno tiene que establecer programas de formaci\u00f3n profesional y empoderamiento para que los j\u00f3venes desarrollen habilidades y competencias en diversos sectores econ\u00f3micos. En segundo lugar, es esencial fomentar el \u2018emprendizaje social\u2019 entre los j\u00f3venes a trav\u00e9s de becas relacionadas con las TIC, desarrollo de fondos, relaciones p\u00fablicas, desarrollo de programas de gesti\u00f3n, etc. Por \u00faltimo, tienen que producirse sinergias y debe aflorar la cooperaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada entre gobierno, empresas y ONGs. Todo esto sumado a una juventud con ganas de implicarse y de asumir responsabilidades.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
