Los beneficios recaudados ser\u00e1n destinados a apoyar las acciones promovidas por el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilo.org\/ipec\/lang--es\/index.htm\">Programa Internacional para la Erradicaci\u00f3n del Trabajo Infantil<\/a> de la OIT.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo infantil es una violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos fundamentales y se ha comprobado que entorpece el desarrollo de los ni\u00f1os. Les produce da\u00f1os psicol\u00f3gicos y f\u00edsicos para el resto de sus vidas. Se ha demostrado tambi\u00e9n que existe un fuerte v\u00ednculo entre la pobreza de los hogares y el trabajo infantil, dejando a los hijos de los pobres fuera de la educaci\u00f3n y limitando sus posibilidades de ascender en la escala social.<\/p>\n<p>Es un problema global, si bien es cierto que en Europa no es tan significativo. En Asia y el Pac\u00edfico son 78 millones de ni\u00f1os los afectados, en \u00c1frica Sub-Sahariana 59 millones \u2013pero con el porcentaje m\u00e1s alto de todos los continentes-, en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe 13 millones y Oriente Medio y \u00c1frica del Norte 9,2 millones. Muchos, demasiados ni\u00f1os que ven mermado su futuro en unas condiciones laborales infames cuando deber\u00edan de estar en la escuela.<\/p>\n<p>Por sectores, los afectados est\u00e1n principalmente en el campo pues la agricultura es donde m\u00e1s ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as acaban, casi 100 millones para ser m\u00e1s precisos (un 59%), seguido de los servicios con 54 millones y la industria con 12.<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/wcms_331148.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-2795 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/wcms_331148.jpg?resize=300%2C168\" alt=\"wcms_331148\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/wcms_331148.jpg?resize=300%2C168 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/wcms_331148.jpg?resize=360%2C200 360w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/wcms_331148.jpg?w=364 364w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En n\u00fameros globales, actualmente hay 168 millones de ni\u00f1os trabajando -85 de ellos en labores peligrosas-. Y despu\u00e9s de estos abrumadores datos viene la paradoja. Mientras que hay ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as desempe\u00f1ando tareas de este calibre, en todos los pa\u00edses del mundo tenemos una epidemia de desempleo juvenil que afecta a m\u00e1s de 75 millones de j\u00f3venes en los cinco continentes. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hay labores que llevan a cabo los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os cuando los j\u00f3venes pueden hacerlo?<\/p>\n<p>Es una de las razones por las que NSF promueve la Campa\u00f1a Internacional por la Declaraci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/\">D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil<\/a>. Porque creemos que es necesario que para asegurar un porvenir mejor a este mundo es necesario que los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as acudan a la escuela y estudien para el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana. As\u00ed dejen el trabajo a aquellos j\u00f3venes que ya han terminado su formaci\u00f3n y que actualmente se encuentran en una situaci\u00f3n laboral muy delicada.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, el 19 de junio en el Teatro Campos El\u00edseos de Bilbao, aquellas personas que quieran aportar su granito de arena para la erradicaci\u00f3n del trabajo infantil tienen una cita ineludible.
