{"id":2830,"date":"2015-06-12T12:02:00","date_gmt":"2015-06-12T10:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=2830"},"modified":"2015-06-12T12:02:00","modified_gmt":"2015-06-12T10:02:00","slug":"young-workers-are-the-most-active-group-seeking-employment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/young-workers-are-the-most-active-group-seeking-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Los trabajadores j\u00f3venes, los m\u00e1s activos buscando empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 18,5% de los trabajadores espa\u00f1oles menores de 25 a\u00f1os se encuentra buscando activamente otro empleo, por lo que es el colectivo que m\u00e1s empe\u00f1o pone en esta tarea, seg\u00fan el informe <strong>Randstad Workmonitor<\/strong> correspondiente al primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o y para el que se han realizado m\u00e1s de 15.000 encuestas. Los empleados de entre 25 y 45 a\u00f1os muestran la segunda mayor tasa, con un 16,5%, seguido de los mayores de 45 a\u00f1os (10%). Randstad subraya que, a mayor edad, menor es la b\u00fasqueda activa de un puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los grupos de edad han incrementado su tasa de b\u00fasqueda activa de empleo respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, especialmente los menores de 25 a\u00f1os, con un aumento de 1,5 puntos, seguidos de los profesionales comprendidos entre los 25 y 45 a\u00f1os y los mayores de 45 a\u00f1os, ambos con un alza de medio punto. En conjunto, teniendo en cuenta todas las franjas de edad, el 14% de los trabajadores espa\u00f1oles se encuentra buscando otro empleo de forma activa, porcentaje medio punto superior al del primer trimestre de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo de recursos humanos atribuye este repunte al clima de mayor optimismo que han generado la mejora de las previsiones econ\u00f3micas para 2015 y 2016, la reducci\u00f3n de la tasa de paro y el aumento del n\u00famero de ocupados, lo que ha animado a muchos trabajadores a dar un paso adelante en la b\u00fasqueda de otro empleo, bien para mejorar su situaci\u00f3n profesional o para compatibilizarlo con el que ya tienen.<\/p>\n<h4>Comunicaci\u00f3n y servicios financieros, en los dos extremos<\/h4>\n<p>Por sectores, este estudio constata que comunicaci\u00f3n (18%), manufacturas (18%), construcci\u00f3n (16%) y agricultura (15%) presentan tasas de b\u00fasqueda de empleo m\u00e1s elevadas que el resto, por lo que las empresas de estos sectores tienen un mayor riesgo de fuga de talento. En el lado opuesto se sit\u00faan servicios financieros, salud y educaci\u00f3n, con porcentajes que van del 9% al 11%.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n a otros pa\u00edses, la media espa\u00f1ola de trabajadores en b\u00fasqueda activa de empleo (14%) es m\u00e1s elevada que la que muestran algunas de las principales econom\u00edas de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, como es el caso de Francia (13,5%) o Alemania (12%). Suecia (24,5%) y Grecia y Italia (18,5% en ambos casos) son los pa\u00edses europeos que registran los niveles m\u00e1s elevados, seguidos de Reino Unido (15%), Dinamarca (14,5%) y Espa\u00f1a (14%). En la parte baja del r\u00e1nking, por debajo del 10%, aparecen Austria, B\u00e9lgica, Portugal y Luxemburgo.
