En el evento, se hablaron de diversos temas que afectan directamente a los j\u00f3venes de la isla. Entre los asuntos m\u00e1s debatidos estuvieron los relacionados con el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, la formaci\u00f3n de valores y el <strong>empleo juvenil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta al mundo laboral, los j\u00f3venes hablaron de sus inquietudes vinculadas a la <strong>productividad de las entidades, la motivaci\u00f3n laboral y la correspondencia del salario con la tarea realizada<\/strong>. Un asunto de capital importancia debido a que la mayor\u00eda de los cubanos que deciden salir de la isla son principalmente j\u00f3venes que quieren buscar una mejor oportunidad fuera de la mayor de las Antillas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda, los \u00faltimos herederos de la revoluci\u00f3n de 1959 tienen ante s\u00ed uno de los retos m\u00e1s grandes para Cuba en d\u00e9cadas. \u00bfC\u00f3mo afrontar los nuevos aires aperturistas? \u00bfQu\u00e9 l\u00edmites tendr\u00e1n ante este nuevo escenario? Y sobre todo, \u00bfC\u00f3mo les afectar\u00e1 en sus nuevas vidas?<\/p>\n<p>Son preguntas de dif\u00edcil respuesta. La apertura se est\u00e1 produciendo paulatinamente, sin prisas. Primero fueron medidas de car\u00e1cter econ\u00f3mico, ahora gestos pol\u00edticos con los Estados Unidos y, lo m\u00e1s probable es que la \u00faltima carta sean los derechos individuales en la isla. Pero para los j\u00f3venes cubanos de a pie tampoco todo este revuelo diplom\u00e1tico est\u00e1 afectando a mejor sus vidas. Si bien es cierto que la llegada hace unos a\u00f1os de los \u2018<strong>cuentapropistas<\/strong>\u2019 liber\u00f3 algunos oficios, la gran mayor\u00eda sigue dependiendo del gobierno. Uno puede ejercer de m\u00e9dico a las ma\u00f1anas y por las tardes otro trabajo que complete un salario que en muchos casos es b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p>Otros problemas end\u00e9micos que ha tenido la isla persisten a pesar del \u2018deshielo\u2019. <strong>Salarios insuficientes, comida escasa y cara, transporte ineficiente y mucha burocracia<\/strong>. Pero, gracias al poder Ejecutivo del mandatario de los Estados Unidos, el turismo comienza a crecer debido al aumento de la frecuencia de vuelos y que, los cruceros empiezan planear atracar en los puertos cubanos, principalmente en la capital habanera.<\/p>\n<p>Es, a trav\u00e9s del turismo y todas las secuelas econ\u00f3micas que pueda acarrear donde los j\u00f3venes cubanos tiene una oportunidad laboral que completen el salario que ya perciben por sus funciones. Adem\u00e1s del empleo, los habaneros m\u00e1s pudientes ya comienzan a disfrutar de las oportunidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, como el wifi.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, a d\u00eda de hoy los j\u00f3venes cubanos tienen ante s\u00ed todo un reto. En primer lugar adaptarse al nuevo contexto en la isla que, tras m\u00e1s de medio siglo -donde todos los d\u00edas han sido 26 de julio-, la situaci\u00f3n empieza a cambiar para unos j\u00f3venes con ganas de conocer el mundo. En segundo lugar, hacer de este nuevo marco una oportunidad para mejorar sus condiciones laborales en t\u00e9rminos salariales y, en \u00faltima instancia, adaptar los conocimientos de los j\u00f3venes cubanos a un mundo global y competitivo. Los <strong>tiempos tan dif\u00edciles para Cuba<\/strong>, comienzan a dar sus <strong>\u00faltimos coletazos<\/strong> y, las <strong>nuevas generaciones<\/strong> tienen que ser los principales <strong>art\u00edfices<\/strong> del <strong>cambio<\/strong> y su posterior <strong>adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado fin de semana se
