Fueron 103 entidades de 57 pa\u00edses las que se presentaron al concurso pero, el comit\u00e9 de expertos, escogi\u00f3 a tres de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>Cada una de las pr\u00e1cticas ganadoras propuso soluciones innovadoras que ayudaron a los j\u00f3venes desfavorecidos a fortalecer la autoestima, adquirir competencias \u00fatiles a la empleabilidad y afianzarse en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Holanda<\/strong>, el proyecto ganador estimula a los j\u00f3venes desfavorecidos a encarrilar sus vidas tras alejarse de los estudios o del mercado laboral. A trav\u00e9s de un tutor que ya ha pasado por esa experiencia, el joven trata de buscar nuevos retos que le permitan redirigir sus esfuerzos para volver a conectar con aquello que abandon\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto holand\u00e9s <strong><em>2GetThere<\/em><\/strong> es para j\u00f3venes de entre 16 y 27 a\u00f1os que viven en los m\u00e1rgenes de la sociedad. Aprenden a convertirse en su propia soluci\u00f3n. Superan el desempleo sus fortalezas personales. De esta manera el programa les ayuda en su autosuficiencia.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DpUIO6cCWZI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Otro de los premios fue una entidad de\u00a0<strong>Bangladesh<\/strong>. Su proyecto\u00a0<strong><em>De la marginalidad a la integraci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0ten\u00eda como principales receptores a los j\u00f3venes con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad. El programa ofrece una combinaci\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n profesional y subsidios salariales temporales, o formaci\u00f3n a la creaci\u00f3n de empresas y un financiamiento para su puesta en marcha. Se establece en principalmente en Dhaka y busca sacar a 700 discapacitados de la pobreza extrema y convertirse en ciudadanos activos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SNAofYchosI#t=93\">http:\/\/https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SNAofYchosI#t=93<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de<strong>\u00a0Paraguay<\/strong>\u00a0ayuda a los j\u00f3venes de los hogares rurales de bajos ingresos a adquirir competencias t\u00e9cnicas y aprender pr\u00e1cticas empresariales y comerciales innovadoras.
