{"id":3510,"date":"2015-10-30T13:12:21","date_gmt":"2015-10-30T12:12:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=3510"},"modified":"2018-02-28T12:20:17","modified_gmt":"2018-02-28T11:20:17","slug":"promoting-employability-objective-of-byef-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/promoting-employability-objective-of-byef-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"El fomento de la empleabilidad, objetivo del BYEF-2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La segunda edici\u00f3n del <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/espanol-byef-2015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bilbao Youth Employment Forum<\/a><\/strong>, que tendr\u00e1 el lugar el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/espanol-byef-2015\/registration-2015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>26 de noviembre<\/strong> en el <strong>Hotel Carlton<\/strong><\/a> de la capital vizca\u00edna, analizar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo se debe fomentar la empleabilidad en el marco de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible del Milenio (ODS), aprobados en la sede de las Naciones Unidas el pasado 27 de septiembre. Organizado por <strong>Novia Salcedo Fundaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, impulsora de la campa\u00f1a internacional para la declaraci\u00f3n de la D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil, a la que ya se han adherido m\u00e1s de 400 entidades de 60 pa\u00edses, se debatir\u00e1n los factores que facilitan o frenan el acceso de los j\u00f3venes a un puesto de trabajo. \u00abEl diagn\u00f3stico del que partimos es el de que la tecnolog\u00eda, la globalizaci\u00f3n y la individualizaci\u00f3n de lo social son las dimensiones clave del gran cambio que debemos afrontar entre todos\u00bb, apuntan desde la Fundaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El programa previsto se divide en tres sesiones. En la primera de ellas, representantes pol\u00edticos, empresariales, sindicales y juveniles debatir\u00e1n acerca de tres temas: qu\u00e9 modelo productivo, qu\u00e9 cultura organizativa y qu\u00e9 competencias ser\u00e1n fundamentales para conseguir una relaci\u00f3n de valor que favorezca a las personas y ayude a superar los nuevos retos socioecon\u00f3micos del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>La mesa de di\u00e1logo estar\u00e1 moderada por <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Nieto<\/strong>, director de la Oficina de la OIT para Espa\u00f1a, que ser\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el encargado de resumir las principales ideas s\u00edntesis. Como novedad, los asistentes tendr\u00e1n acceso previo a un documento que se est\u00e1 elaborando sobre la empleabilidad y su vinculaci\u00f3n a los ODS, y podr\u00e1n aportar sus opiniones e ideas durante el debate.<\/p>\n<p>Por la tarde, la teor\u00eda dar\u00e1 paso a la pr\u00e1ctica. En la segunda sesi\u00f3n se presentar\u00e1n cinco buenas pr\u00e1cticas de proyectos que est\u00e1n tratando aspectos relativos al acceso al empleo y a los temas de discusi\u00f3n. Por \u00faltimo, durante la sesi\u00f3n de clausura un representante de Global Compact y otro de la OIT expondr\u00e1n ante los presentes los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible que deber\u00e1n guiar la acci\u00f3n de los gobiernos hasta 2030.<\/p>\n<p>La primera edici\u00f3n del BYEF reuni\u00f3 hace un a\u00f1o a 400 representantes de diferentes \u00e1mbitos que reflexionaron en voz alta sobre los principales factores que se deben activar para impulsar el trabajo en las sociedades del futuro.
