{"id":3655,"date":"2015-11-10T12:11:16","date_gmt":"2015-11-10T11:11:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=3655"},"modified":"2015-11-10T12:18:42","modified_gmt":"2015-11-10T11:18:42","slug":"european-experts-recommend-that-the-eu-create-an-agency-dedicated-to-the-study-of-youth-unemployment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/european-experts-recommend-that-the-eu-create-an-agency-dedicated-to-the-study-of-youth-unemployment\/","title":{"rendered":"Expertos europeos recomiendan a la UE crear un organismo para el estudio del desempleo juvenil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Expertos de Espa\u00f1a, Reino Unido, Italia, Grecia, Turqu\u00eda y Portugal, pertenecientes a la red colaborativa europea Exyonet, han presentado en el Euro Forum Eyes el <strong>Libro Blanco para la mejora de la empleabilidad de los j\u00f3venes en Europa<\/strong>, en el que instan a la UE a crear un Observatorio Permanente que se encargue espec\u00edficamente del estudio del desempleo en este sector de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las competencias concretas que le atribuyen destacan la de concretar pol\u00edticas comunes de actuaci\u00f3n, asesorar a las entidades competentes, p\u00fablicas o privadas, difundir las ayudas europeas y fomentar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas realizadas en cada pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como establecer una red colaborativa entre los Estados miembro y los profesionales en todos los procesos de intervenci\u00f3n con j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social. Estos expertos mostraron su preocupaci\u00f3n puesto que \u00aben varios pa\u00edses de la UE uno de cada dos j\u00f3venes menores de 25 a\u00f1os est\u00e1n en paro\u00bb. \u00abLa respuesta debe ser multidisciplinar y la problem\u00e1tica se debe abordar desde los \u00e1mbitos social, laboral y de la prevenci\u00f3n\u00bb, manifestaron.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, que se enmarca en el <strong>Programa Juventud En Acci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>, cierra as\u00ed sus conclusiones en Bruselas con la presentaci\u00f3n de este Libro Blanco. En el documento se recomienda asimismo \u00abante las lagunas en el \u00e1mbito de la empleabilidad y la reinserci\u00f3n laboral\u00bb, la necesidad de una regulaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de las pol\u00edticas relacionadas para los j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social,\u00a0 y se insta a las administraciones europeas y nacionales a \u00abtratar de forma prioritaria\u00bb el desempleo juvenil.<\/p>\n<p>Las cinco entidades involucradas en Exyonet son Meridianos (Espa\u00f1a), quien lidera el proyecto; Ealing Council (Reino Unido), Cooperativa Eriches (Italia), el Gobierno de Izmir (Turqu\u00eda) y ECTE (Centro Europeo de Formaci\u00f3n para Empleo (Grecia). No obstante, la red Exyonet est\u00e1 abierta a la participaci\u00f3n de cualquier entidad p\u00fablica o privada para la empleabilidad de los j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social (<a href=\"http:\/\/exyonet.eu\/\">exyonet.eu<\/a>).
