{"id":3860,"date":"2015-12-21T10:57:17","date_gmt":"2015-12-21T09:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=3860"},"modified":"2015-12-21T10:57:17","modified_gmt":"2015-12-21T09:57:17","slug":"idealistas-incompetentes-o-competentes-sin-ideales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/idealistas-incompetentes-o-competentes-sin-ideales\/","title":{"rendered":"Idealistas incompetentes o competentes sin ideales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hace unos d\u00edas tuve la suerte de asistir al <em>Bilbao Youth Employment Forum<\/em>, organizado por la Fundaci\u00f3n Novia Salcedo, para tratar de empleo juvenil. Tras hablar de modelos econ\u00f3micos y productivos y de culturas organizativas en las empresas, pasamos a un tema igual de apasionante: la formaci\u00f3n en competencias. Nuestra sociedad, para luchar contra el drama del desempleo juvenil, necesita que los j\u00f3venes desarrollen las competencias que demanda el mercado de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Defiendo el discurso del desarrollo de competencias como factor clave para la lucha contra el desempleo juvenil. Pero pienso que quedarse ah\u00ed no es suficiente. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los m\u00f3viles o motores que mueven a nuestros j\u00f3venes a adquirir esas competencias? Los hay para todos los gustos: el desarrollo personal, la seguridad futura, el af\u00e1n de poder o de influencia, el dinero, el bienestar familiar, el servicio a otros, etc. Hay motores excelentes, motores buenos -y vamos a ser optimistas- motores menos buenos. La existencia de unos u otros determina el desarrollo personal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A veces esos motores son sue\u00f1os (la juventud es tiempo de so\u00f1ar a lo grande); a veces, son razonamientos, o son ideales o impulsos <em>naturales<\/em>&#8230; Hay motores de largo, medio y corto recorrido. Hay motores que se arrancan y ya nunca se apagan; y motores que necesitan arrancarse a diario. A veces el motor est\u00e1 da\u00f1ado de f\u00e1brica: un af\u00e1n exagerado de sobresalir o de acumular poder y dinero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero olvidar, en la formaci\u00f3n de nuestros j\u00f3venes, la existencia de estos motores es construir una formaci\u00f3n sin fundamento. Adem\u00e1s resulta m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil defender el discurso de las competencias cuando no se tienen motores que las impulsen. Y si adem\u00e1s, estos motores son deficientes, acabaremos llenando el mercado laboral de profesionales competentes&#8230; y sin ideales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Casi el mismo rechazo produce el efecto contrario: los idealistas incompetentes. Pero es un riesgo menor, pues los ideales tienen una enorme fuerza motriz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quiz\u00e1s deber\u00edamos poner m\u00e1s inter\u00e9s en investigar sobre estos motores que son la base para construir las competencias. Son tambi\u00e9n la base para promover en las empresas una cultura organizativa m\u00e1s sana que atienda a la igualdad de oportunidades, la conciliaci\u00f3n laboral, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recientemente la Fundaci\u00f3n Everis ha publicado un estudio sobre la empleabilidad de los universitarios. El estudio muestra c\u00f3mo las empresas valoran m\u00e1s la honestidad y compro<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3862 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/idealistasABC.jpg?resize=175%2C300\" alt=\"idealistasABC\" width=\"175\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/idealistasABC.jpg?resize=175%2C300 175w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/idealistasABC.jpg?resize=768%2C1317 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/idealistasABC.jpg?resize=597%2C1024 597w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/idealistasABC.jpg?w=884 884w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 175px) 100vw, 175px\" \/>miso \u00e9tico, la capacidad de aprendizaje y el trabajo en equipo de los j\u00f3venes profesionales, que otras competencias como los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos o la orientaci\u00f3n a resultados. Se aprecia ya el esfuerzo de muchas instituciones educativas por incorporar medidas que ayuden a despertar sue\u00f1os e ideales en sus alumnos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Termino con las letras que una estudiante nos escrib\u00eda esta semana y que muestran el potencial del voluntariado para la formaci\u00f3n de nuestros j\u00f3venes: <em>Te cuento&#8230; Cuando llegu\u00e9 de all\u00ed, me di cuenta que me estaba costando mogoll\u00f3n la adaptaci\u00f3n en \u00abmi mundo\u00bb. Al principio me result\u00f3 muy normal, pero con el paso del tiempo, me di cuenta de que all\u00ed experiment\u00e9 el grado m\u00e1ximo de felicidad, y que me hab\u00eda enamorado de su gente, de los ni\u00f1os, de su manera de vivir, de su manera de afrontar el d\u00eda a d\u00eda con una gran sonrisa&#8230; Me cost\u00f3 aceptarlo, pero esta experiencia me ha cambiado: ha marcado un antes y un despu\u00e9s en mi vida&#8230; No soy la misma.
