El mercado de trabajo en el sector de los trabajos verticales era algo orientado casi completamente al mercado de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n, esto es, obras peque\u00f1as por lo general en comunidades de vecinos. Los puestos de trabajo que aqu\u00ed se mov\u00edan no sol\u00edan ser puestos fijos, o al menos no gozaban de la continuidad o las ventajas de otros sectores. El hecho de comenzar con la aventura de una cooperativa en este sector es algo que por s\u00ed solo atrajo a varias personas en aquel entonces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; El cooperativismo tiene una profunda tradici\u00f3n en Euskadi \u00bfA\u00fan goza de buena salud? \u00bfCree que la crisis ha provocado que se perciba el modelo cooperativista de una manera diferente?<\/strong><br \/>\nMe atrever\u00eda a decir que el cooperativismo es algo que se ha reforzado con la crisis. Por un lado, la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas cooperativas es algo que se ha disparado y aunque es cierto que muchas veces la cultura cooperativa o el cooperativismo no siempre van de la mano de esta forma jur\u00eddica, la sensaci\u00f3n es positiva. La cultura cooperativa se est\u00e1 visualizando como una alternativa interesante, que aporta valores y formas de funcionamiento m\u00e1s acordes con los nuevos paradigmas de transparencia, reparto de trabajo, proyecto compartido, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Recientemente han empezado a realizar trabajos fuera del pa\u00eds. \u00bfC\u00f3mo son las relaciones laborales en otros entornos?<\/strong><br \/>\nPues las relaciones laborales se hacen m\u00e1s complejas, ya que al tratarse de trabajadores desplazados a otro pa\u00eds, muchas veces no solo se comparten las jornadas de trabajo, sino las 24 horas del d\u00eda, el apartamento, etc. Todos sabemos que la convivencia es muy exigente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u00bfC\u00f3mo percibe su sector de trabajo?<\/strong><br \/>\nLo percibimos como un sector en auge, a\u00fan existen multitud de mercados o industrias en los que las t\u00e9cnicas de acceso mediante cuerda no est\u00e1n implementadas, y podr\u00edan suponer importantes mejoras en cuanto a seguridad, productividad, etc. Por otro lado est\u00e1 el sector e\u00f3lico marino, que crece a un ritmo exponencial y en el que el acceso mediante cuerda no tiene rival.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; \u00bfQu\u00e9 cualidades debe tener un joven con una afici\u00f3n deportiva como esta para formar parte de la cooperativa Asaken? \u00bfC\u00f3mo se convierte un deporte en una alternativa laboral?<\/strong><br \/>\nPues sobre todo vocaci\u00f3n y ganas, percibir este trabajo como una parte de su vida en la que desarrollarse como profesional y como persona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Asaken cuenta adem\u00e1s con un \u00e1rea formativa y pr\u00e1cticas de trabajo \u00bfpodr\u00eda hablarnos un poco de esto?<\/strong><br \/>\nExiste una parte de la empresa que se dedica a dar formaci\u00f3n reglada en t\u00e9cnicas de acceso mediante cuerda; una vez superada esta formaci\u00f3n es relativamente sencillo trabajar en el sector.
