El dem\u00f3crata Bernie Sander<\/strong>s, est\u00e1 haciendo que el desempleo juvenil<\/strong> en Estados Unidos sea uno de los pilares esenciales<\/strong> en su carrera al Despacho Oval<\/strong>. Si bien es cierto que tambi\u00e9n Hilary Clinton<\/a> hace referencias a la situaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes, el senador de Vermont est\u00e1 luchando por erigirse como el \u00fanico candidato en ese espacio electoral entre los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n

Hemos hablado anteriormente<\/a> en nuestra web sobre esta realidad pero en esta ocasi\u00f3n vamos a analizar detenidamente sus propuestas.<\/p>\n

– Acceso a la Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para el equipo de Sanders hablar de la falta de oportunidades<\/strong> laborales de los j\u00f3venes es tambi\u00e9n hacerlo de la educaci\u00f3n. \u201cNo es ning\u00fan secreto que sin trabajo, sin educaci\u00f3n, y sin esperanza, la gente se mete en problemas. Y eso es simplemente un hecho<\/em>\u201d, mencionaba el veterano senador en uno de sus discursos. Por ello, su programa recoge algunas propuestas interesantes que van desde la educaci\u00f3n primaria hasta la universidad.<\/p>\n

Sobre todo, hace hincapi\u00e9 en que a pesar de la subida en las tasas universitarias, el esfuerzo merece la pena. Tambi\u00e9n menciona que debido a la inflaci\u00f3n, un joven debe de trabajar un a\u00f1o entero a tiempo completo para pagarse los estudios en una universidad p\u00fablica. Sanders, quiere que el acceso a la universidad sea gratuito, asumiendo los estados un 33% de la cuota y el gobierno federal el resto.<\/p>\n

–Oportunidades de Empleo y Entrenamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es en este aspecto donde m\u00e1s duro se muestra el candidato dem\u00f3crata. Sanders dice que \u201ctiene m\u00e1s sentido invertir en trabajos, en entrenamiento para empleos, y en educaci\u00f3n que en gastar cantidades inmensas de dinero en c\u00e1rceles y cumplimiento de la ley<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bernie Sanders ha propuesto un plan para alentar el empleo juvenil proveyendo\u00a05,500 millones de d\u00f3lares para el entrenamiento laboral\u00a0entre los j\u00f3venes estadounidenses. Adem\u00e1s, una de los puntos m\u00e1s fuertes en su discurso es la brecha racial de salarios.<\/p>\n

–Reestructuraci\u00f3n del Sistema de Justicia Criminal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan Sanders, uno de los obst\u00e1culos m\u00e1s grandes para el desempleo juvenil es el encarcelamiento masivo y el racismo sist\u00e9mico que engendra. El veterano senador de Vermont quiere destruir el\u00a0complejo industrial de c\u00e1rceles\u00a0y poner\u00a0l\u00edmites en las rebajas de impuestos para las c\u00e1rceles privadas. Sanders, opina que los encarcelados deben de ser empoderados a trav\u00e9s de educaci\u00f3n y entrenamiento laboral para prepararlos a tener \u00e9xito cuando salga libres y as\u00ed\u00a0reducir la tasa de reincidencia.<\/p>\n

–Reforma migratoria<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que Estados Unidos es un pa\u00eds creado en muchas de sus facetas por inmigrantes es sobradamente conocido. Lo dice tambi\u00e9n el candidato dem\u00f3crata Bernie Sanders y por ello, trata de hacer hincapi\u00e9 siempre en la necesidad de crear una reforma migratoria que permita a todos los j\u00f3venes la oportunidad de perseguir una educaci\u00f3n superior.
