Supone la oportunidad de alinear nuestros objetivos con la agenda de la humanidad de alcance mundial\u00bb, dijo su directora general, <strong>Bego\u00f1a Etxebarria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Novia Salcedo, fundaci\u00f3n nacida del compromiso del sacerdote Txomin Bereciartua por legar a los j\u00f3venes un futuro mejor, lleva m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os impulsando el empleo en la juventud a trav\u00e9s de pol\u00edticas, actividades y premios que organizan peri\u00f3dicamente con dicho fin.<br \/>\nUna labor que el ECOSOC ha sabido reconocer mediante la concesi\u00f3n de este \u00abestatus consultivo especial\u00bb, que les abre la puerta para implicarse activamente con dicha instituci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como con todos sus \u00f3rganos subsidiarios y con la Secretar\u00eda de las Naciones Unidas. La fundaci\u00f3n Novia Salcedo podr\u00e1 contar a partir de ahora con un representante como observador en las reuniones oficiales de la ONU, tanto en su sede de Nueva York como en Ginebra, y tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 emitir declaraciones orales y escritas ante el Consejo, que ser\u00e1n tenidas en cuenta en la agenda del ECOSOC para su deliberaci\u00f3n en dichas reuniones.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las obligaciones, el ECOSOC o alguno de sus \u00f3rganos subsidiarios, podr\u00e1 encomendar a la Fundaci\u00f3n Novia Salcedo la elaboraci\u00f3n de estudios de campo e informes sobre su \u00e1rea de experiencia -la promoci\u00f3n del empleo joven en su caso- y esta, a su vez, pueden estar en contacto permanente con las diferentes comisiones de trabajo del ECOSOC.
