Los pa\u00edses del Viejo Continente disputar\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de junio uno de las competiciones m\u00e1s preciadas en el mundo del f\u00fatbol. Como ya hicimos con el Mundial de Brasil 2014, vamos a analizar el t\u00edtulo que ning\u00fan pa\u00eds quiere ganar: el ranking con las tasas m\u00e1s altas en desempleo juvenil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la zona euro la media de desempleo juvenil es casi el 22% entre los j\u00f3venes en paro. Las cifras apenas dos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s eran algo m\u00e1s elevadas pero la introducci\u00f3n de medidas como la Garant\u00eda Juvenil, los estados han inyectado un plan econ\u00f3mico que ha reducido levemente los datos. A pesar de los esfuerzos, el problema sigue siendo estructural y no est\u00e1 siendo atajado como deber\u00eda ser, seg\u00fan la mayor\u00eda de expertos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En und\u00e9cima posici\u00f3n nos encontramos con <strong>Irlanda<\/strong> con una tasa del 18%. El 20% son hombres y el 15% mujeres. En 2012 el dato era de 24% de modo que el descenso ha sido considerable. Sin embargo, desde el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youth.ie\/advocacy\/youth_unemployment\">National Youth Council of Ireland <\/a>\u00a0siguen haciendo un llamado a la acci\u00f3n para seguir reduciendo las brechas en la inserci\u00f3n laboral de los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finlandia<\/strong> es d\u00e9cima con casi un 22% de desempleo entre sus j\u00f3venes. Si desgranamos esos datos, un 25% son hombres y casi un 20% mujeres. Le sigue <strong>Eslovaquia, <\/strong>novena con casi un 24% de desempleados de entre los cuales, las mujeres son las m\u00e1s afectadas por el mercado laboral con un 27% de paro frente al 22% entre el g\u00e9nero masculino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Francia<\/strong> que ser\u00e1 la organizadora de la Eurocopa, se sit\u00faa en s\u00e9ptimo lugar con un 24%. Los anfitriones est\u00e1n ante una crispaci\u00f3n social elevada con motivo de la reforma laboral impulsada por el gobierno socialista de Holland. Los hombres un 25% y las mujeres un 22%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B\u00e9lgica<\/strong> se queda en los cuartos de final con un 24.50% (26% hombres y 22.60% las mujeres). Otro pa\u00eds que se queda en semifinales es <strong>Chipre<\/strong> rozando el 29% de desempleo juvenil. La <strong>Portugal<\/strong> de Cristiano Ronaldo cae en cuartos con un 31%, donde las mujeres se ven seriamente afectadas con un 32% de paro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Italia<\/strong> y <strong>Croacia<\/strong> se quedan a las puertas de la final con un 38% y un 39% respectivamente. Y la gran final de Par\u00eds la disputan entre <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> (45%) y <strong>Grecia<\/strong> (51%). Los helenos, en nuestro particular Mundial de 2014 quedaron plata y los espa\u00f1oles el bronce. \u00a0A pesar de que ambos han reducido ligeramente los datos, la fuerte crisis econ\u00f3mica ha tenido en los j\u00f3venes consecuencias m\u00e1s graves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Eurocopa del desempleo juvenil es un t\u00edtulo que a nadie le deber\u00eda de gustar ganarlo y salir en la prensa.<\/strong> La situaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en Europa es inaceptable en un momento de crisis econ\u00f3mica, precariedad laboral, etc. <strong>La demograf\u00eda est\u00e1 haciendo que el Viejo Continente sea eso, pero no por historia sino por poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La Garant\u00eda Juvenil est\u00e1 siendo un parche que no ayuda a curar la herida<\/strong> y, esperemos que por el bien de esta Europa, la herida no acabe infeccion\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Eurocopa 2016 de Francia est\u00e1 a la vuelta de la esquina.
