Mejor dicho, sobre todo los propios j\u00f3venes tienen un problema. Los hay quiz\u00e1s que se desesperan porque no saben qu\u00e9 futuro les espera. Pero hay formas de no perder este tiempo y de convertirlo a tu favor: alistarte en el voluntariado. El que puede poner en su CV que ha sido voluntario en una entidad sin fin de lucro tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s posibilidades de encontrar trabajo que el que no hace nada mientras que est\u00e1 en el paro. Buscar consuelo en un botell\u00f3n no es una buena soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una opci\u00f3n muy interesante es ser voluntario de las Naciones Unidas (VNU). El programa VNU es administrado por el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan se dice en la p\u00e1gina web del VNU:\u00a0<em>\u201cEl voluntariado es una forma poderosa de involucrar a los ciudadanos para hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos en materia de desarrollo, y capaz de transformar el ritmo y la naturaleza del mismo. El voluntariado beneficia tanto al conjunto de la sociedad como a los voluntarios, fortaleciendo la confianza, la solidaridad y la reciprocidad entre las personas y creando oportunidades de participaci\u00f3n apropiadas. Para impulsar la paz y el desarrollo, el programa VNU promueve el reconocimiento de la contribuci\u00f3n de los voluntarios, trabaja con sus asociados para integrar el voluntariado en los programas de desarrollo y moviliza en todo el mundo a un n\u00famero cada vez mayor y m\u00e1s diverso de voluntarios, incluidos Voluntarios de las Naciones Unidas. El programa VNU entiende el voluntariado como universal e incluyente, y reconoce el voluntariado en toda su diversidad, as\u00ed como los valores que lo sustentan: libre albedr\u00edo, entrega, compromiso y solidaridad.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se puede ser voluntario in situ en un pa\u00eds en desarrollo o en una ONG, o desde tu casa inscribi\u00e9ndote como<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinevolunteering.org\/es\/org\/\"><strong>Voluntario en L\u00ednea de la ONU<\/strong><\/a>. El voluntariado en l\u00ednea puede ser a trav\u00e9s de una organizaci\u00f3n o individualmente. Este \u00faltimo tipo de voluntariado tiene la ventaja que puedes compaginar el voluntariado con tu trabajo o tu b\u00fasqueda de trabajo aqu\u00ed, y puedes elegir entre opciones que mejor encajan con tus conocimientos, experiencia y aptitudes. Te mantienes \u201cen forma\u201d profesionalmente y al mismo tiempo te da la satisfacci\u00f3n de ser \u00fatil para gente que lo necesita. Una condici\u00f3n: debes saber ingl\u00e9s y\/o franc\u00e9s pero es muy recomendable para tu CV saber y practicar idiomas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El VNU publica peri\u00f3dicamente un bolet\u00edn de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinevolunteering.org\/es\/org\/resources\/newsletter_june_2015.html\">para organizaciones<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onlinevolunteering.org\/es\/vol\/resources\/newsletter_june_2015.html\">para voluntarios<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00faltimo bolet\u00edn, de Mayo-Junio 2015, se anuncia que el pasado 5 de junio el programa VNU lanz\u00f3 el\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.volunteeractioncounts.org\/images\/SWVR2015\/21337%20-%20SWVR%20report%20-%20SPANISH%20-%20web%20single%20pages.pdf\">Informe sobre el Estado del Voluntariado en el Mundo 2015<\/a>. Tiene 136 p\u00e1ginas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dice que\u00a0<em>\u201cse trata del primer estudio mundial sobre el poder de los voluntarios para contribuir a una mejor gobernanza de los pueblos. A partir de testimonios recopilados en pa\u00edses tan diversos como Brasil, Kenia, L\u00edbano y Bangladesh, el informe muestra c\u00f3mo gente com\u00fan y corriente dedica su tiempo, su energ\u00eda y sus capacidades de forma voluntaria para mejorar el modo en el que es gobernada a nivel local, nacional y mundial\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa ser voluntario de las Naciones Unidas?
