Los portugueses han sido unos emprendedores a lo largo de su historia. Cuando no se ten\u00edan grandes conocimientos del Atl\u00e1ntico ellos se embarcaron hac\u00eda lo desconocido. Ese esp\u00edritu aventurero es, precisamente, el objeto de este art\u00edculo de la mano de Andr\u00e9 Leonardo, un joven portugu\u00e9s que cansado de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social de su pa\u00eds, emprendi\u00f3 un viaje para conocer la historia de emprendedores de todo el mundo y exportar sus historias.<\/p>\n

Tras un a\u00f1o recopilando y entrevistando personas, en octubre saldr\u00e1 a la luz la traducci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s de su particular historia. En el libro, resume 16 historias conmovedoras de las 143 personas con las que se entrevist\u00f3. Al ser preguntado sobre la que m\u00e1s le motiv\u00f3, Leonardo revela con claridad la de Ricardo Teixeira. Cuando era un adolescente qued\u00f3 tetrapl\u00e9jico. Ello no le impidi\u00f3 seguir esforz\u00e1ndose y trabajar para una multinacional como Microsoft. Tras salir de \u00e9sta, hoy, a sus 39 a\u00f1os tiene seis empresas dedicadas al mundo digital como recoge El Confidencial<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMira esta silla de ruedas. Luego m\u00edrame a m\u00ed. Esto no es excusa para nada. Tengo todos vuestros problemas del d\u00eda a d\u00eda m\u00e1s mis problemas f\u00edsicos. Mis padres no me dieron nada, ellos no son ricos. Tuve que ir para all\u00e1 con todas mis fuerzas y tomar la oportunidad, luchar y hacer. Y lo consegu\u00ed<\/em>\u201d. Teixeira le dec\u00eda: \u201cVuestra generaci\u00f3n espera soluciones r\u00e1pidas. Si vosotros no luch\u00e1is, las cosas no suceden<\/em>\u201d. \u201cLo veo como un emprendedor en los negocios pero tambi\u00e9n un emprendedor en la vida<\/em>\u201d, narra en su libro Leonardo.<\/p>\n

El autor del viaje logr\u00f3 financiarse esta aventura vendiendo objetos personales, busc\u00f3 patrocinios en empresas y fundaciones y cre\u00f3 una campa\u00f1a de donativos. Visit\u00f3 lugares y nuevas empresas incipientes que le marcaron. Como en la India, donde presenci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una empresa dedicada a buscar vivienda. Housing, pretend\u00eda eliminar de la ecuaci\u00f3n todo abuso de agentes o descripciones falsas de los lugares. Advitiya Sharma junto con once compa\u00f1eros de universidad decidieron embarcarse en este proyecto para ofrecer una alternativa a una demanda cada vez m\u00e1s grande. \u201cCuando miras a un lado y tienes personas muy inteligentes, todo es posible<\/em>\u201d, le dijo a Leornardo.<\/p>\n

Tras su regreso a Portugal, siguiendo la estela de las personas que ha ido conociendo en su ruta, ha creado una empresa para incentivar a los portugueses a emprender y a ayudar a los extranjeros que quieren construir una empresa a establecerse. Leonardo, no duda en volver a repetirlo. \u201cFue espectacular no solo lo que aprend\u00ed, sino todo lo que consegu\u00ed traer a las personas, porque consegu\u00ed traer historias muy inspiradoras<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n
