Un estudio de <\/em>Harvard Business Review<\/em><\/a> mantiene la hip\u00f3tesis de que los efectos f\u00edsicos en los j\u00f3venes desempleados en los pa\u00edses con rentas altas<\/em><\/h5>\n

Se sab\u00eda que estar en situaci\u00f3n de desempleo tiene consecuencias en la salud, pero poco se hab\u00eda escrito sobre los j\u00f3venes en las mismas circunstancias. El informe menciona que del an\u00e1lisis de 47 pa\u00edses con rentas altas, los j\u00f3venes de entre 15 y 29 a\u00f1os se asemejan f\u00edsicamente al estado en el que se encuentran los adultos de 50 a\u00f1os o mayores. En Estados Unidos, esta situaci\u00f3n se agudiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

En pa\u00edses con menores rentas este fen\u00f3meno no es tan latente. La hip\u00f3tesis que manejan desde Harvard Business Review es que en los pa\u00edses con una econom\u00eda tan fuerte como por ejemplo Estados Unidos puede ser m\u00e1s devastadora que en otros pa\u00edses menos desarrollados. El estigma que puede crear es mayor.<\/p>\n

Un an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s exhaustivo del informe que han emitido indica que de las entrevistas realizadas entre 2013 y 2015 a m\u00e1s de 450.000 personas mayores de 15 a\u00f1os, el no tener un trabajo como una persona joven en una econom\u00eda altamente desarrollada es lo suficientemente devastador como asimilar 30 a\u00f1os de envejecimiento laboral para perjuicio del bienestar f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n

Una de las respuestas las ofrece McKinsey Social Initiative\u00b4s Generation<\/em><\/a>, un programa de empleo juvenil instalado en cinco pa\u00edses diferentes. Durante 20 meses intercambiaron las experiencias entre j\u00f3venes de Espa\u00f1a, M\u00e9xico, India, Kenia y Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n

Extraen dos conclusiones. En primer lugar que los j\u00f3venes americanos se exponen a una situaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica al ser un pa\u00eds econ\u00f3micamente m\u00e1s fuerte. La segunda el entorno familiar. Los estadounidenses, la mayor\u00eda viven solos, mientras que en el resto de pa\u00edses siguen en su n\u00facleo familiar.<\/p>\n
