{"id":5106,"date":"2017-01-27T10:06:21","date_gmt":"2017-01-27T09:06:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=5106"},"modified":"2017-03-01T10:33:01","modified_gmt":"2017-03-01T09:33:01","slug":"new-york-is-hosting-the-2017-ecosoc-youth-forum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/new-york-is-hosting-the-2017-ecosoc-youth-forum\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva York vuelve a acoger el ECOSOC Youth Forum 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Desde que en 2012 el ECOSOC Youth Forum se estableciera, la plataforma ha sido reconocida por Nacidas Unidas en su Agenda 2030 como una de las herramientas m\u00e1s directas en la participaci\u00f3n de la juventud en los temas m\u00e1s significativos de la actualidad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta sexta edici\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 lugar los d\u00edas 30 y 31 de enero de 2017 el tema a tratar ser\u00e1 el papel de la juventud en la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza y la promoci\u00f3n de la prosperidad para cambiar el mundo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es un asunto de la m\u00e1xima importancia. Los j\u00f3venes han sido uno de los grupos sociales que de manera desproporcional ha sufrido la desigualdad y la r\u00e1pida extensi\u00f3n de las innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas. El incremento de la digitalizaci\u00f3n en la econom\u00eda ha tenido consecuencias palpables, como la desaparici\u00f3n inmediata de trabajos antes realizados por personas y, ahora robotizados. Actualmente, el mercado laboral demanda trabajadores muy cualificados con unas habilidades concretas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, uno de los aspectos a tratar en estos dos d\u00edas del ECOSOC Youth Forum es, precisamente, como construir una prosperidad compartida sin dejar a nadie a atr\u00e1s. \u00a0\u00c9ste \u00faltimo, es un concepto latente a lo largo de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible que la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas aprob\u00f3 en septiembre de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paralelamente a la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza, durante estos dos d\u00edas habr\u00e1 diferentes debates en el seno del ECOSOC que afectan a los j\u00f3venes y que tienen como denominador com\u00fan el papel de \u00e9stos como elemento multiplicador para impulsar el cambio y el despliegue de los recientemente mencionados ODS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De modo que este fin de semana aterrizar\u00e1n en la isla de Manhattan m\u00faltiples agentes que trabajan en pro de los j\u00f3venes. Desde actores emanados de la sociedad civil \u2013como Novia Salcedo a trav\u00e9s de la Campa\u00f1a Internacional por el empleo juvenil-, agentes gubernamentales, etc. Una ocasi\u00f3n \u00fanica en el que anualmente las esferas m\u00e1s importantes del \u00e1mbito juvenil tienen la oportunidad de estrechar lazos y trabajar en la misma
