Forma parte del discurso de <strong>Unai Rementeria<\/strong> y las cuentas forales contemplan una inversi\u00f3n de<strong> 69,6 millones<\/strong> en esta materia para 2017. De los <strong>137 proyectos<\/strong> previstos, muchos de ellos estaban ya en marcha, pero hay otros en los que Bizkaia quiere innovar y el diputado general se encarg\u00f3 ayer de esbozar algunas de esas novedades. Acompa\u00f1ado de cuatro j\u00f3venes, para mostrar que \u00abeste proceso lo estamos haciendo no solo para ellos sino con ellos\u00bb, Rementeria anunci\u00f3 la puesta en marcha de dos lanzaderas de empleo para 40 j\u00f3venes, una para Bilbao y la Margen Derecha y otra para la Margen Izquierda y Meatzaldea. \u00abVamos a volcarnos en la formaci\u00f3n y el empleo, porque lo primero es el mejor aliado para lo segundo. Queremos complementar las casi 200 becas y el mill\u00f3n de euros que ya ofrecemos\u00bb, avanz\u00f3. \u00abHemos preguntado a las empresas qu\u00e9 necesitan para ser m\u00e1s eficientes y d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n los que forman mejor para esos perfiles\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo<strong> &#8216;Bizkaia Goazen Gazteak&#8217;<\/strong> (a\u00f1ade la palabra j\u00f3venes al lema foral), nace la iniciativa <strong>&#8216;Saregileak&#8217;<\/strong>, en la que Josu e Itxaso, un fil\u00f3sofo y una licenciada en Derecho, tienen la misi\u00f3n de crear redes a pie de calle para captar la opini\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes. \u00abQueremos acercarnos, escucharles, conocer sus motivaciones y sus sue\u00f1os\u00bb, apuntaba \u00e9l. Un trabajo en el que \u00abiremos a bares, pintxopotes, discotecas, universidades y conciertos\u00bb, y cuyos avances podr\u00e1n seguirse en las redes sociales. Con el apoyo de \u00abun grupo de mentores del \u00e1mbito de la iniciativa p\u00fablico-privada\u00bb, y tirando de grupos de WhatsApp como nueva autopista de las comunicaciones, su objetivo ser\u00e1 \u00abponer en contacto esas ideas con proyectos que la Diputaci\u00f3n tiene en marcha y plantear los que sean viables\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 dos &#8216;work caf\u00e9s&#8217;. El primero unir\u00e1 en mayo a j\u00f3venes con empresas y a emprendedores internacionales, mientras que el segundo, en noviembre, ser\u00e1 intergeneracional \u00abpara trasladar a los j\u00f3venes la experiencia acumulada\u00bb en firmas consolidadas, en instituciones y movimientos sociales. La Diputaci\u00f3n patrocinar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n una<strong> fiesta en el Palacio Euskalduna el 22 de junio<\/strong> \u00abpara celebrar que se han acabado los ex\u00e1menes y que estamos orgullosos de Bizkaia\u00bb, en palabras del diputado general.<\/p>\n<h4>Una tarjeta sin tarjeta<\/h4>\n<p>Algunos de los planes que ayer comenzaron a dibujarse est\u00e1n en una fase muy embrionaria. A Endika y Esti el programa foral <strong>&#8216;Talentia Challenge&#8217;<\/strong> les puso sobre la mesa el reto de qu\u00e9 hacer con la \u00abgazte txartela\u00bb, esa tarjeta para j\u00f3venes que nunca lleg\u00f3 a popularizarse entre ellos. \u00abLo \u00fanico que ya sabemos es que no ser\u00e1 una &#8216;txartela&#8217;, asegur\u00f3 Endika, implicado estos d\u00edas en un proceso de lluvia de ideas. \u00abAntes no hab\u00eda comunicaci\u00f3n con los j\u00f3venes y por eso no cuaj\u00f3. Ahora vamos a hacer algo muy novedoso\u00bb, valor\u00f3 Esti. Ninguno quiso desvelar m\u00e1s detalles de un plan a\u00fan incipiente que arranc\u00f3 el mes pasado y que ver\u00e1 la luz en verano.
