{"id":5243,"date":"2017-04-12T17:45:07","date_gmt":"2017-04-12T15:45:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=5243"},"modified":"2017-04-12T17:45:07","modified_gmt":"2017-04-12T15:45:07","slug":"spearheads-of-stable-and-high-quality-youth-employment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/spearheads-of-stable-and-high-quality-youth-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Puntas de lanza del empleo juvenil estable y de calidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Fundaci\u00f3n Mahou San Miguel ha premiado los proyectos formativos y de inserci\u00f3n laboral que tienen en marcha cuatro entidades espa\u00f1olas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades laborales entre los j\u00f3venes espa\u00f1oles no solo se encuentra ya instalada en las agendas de las distintas administraciones, sino que conforma un cap\u00edtulo importante en los proyectos que llevan a cabo multitud de empresas y organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro. Las iniciativas que vienen desarrollando cuatro de ellas han obtenido el reconocimiento de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacionmahousanmiguel.com\/es-es\/formacion-empleo.html\" target=\"_blank\">Fundaci\u00f3n Mahou San Miguel<\/a> en la primera edici\u00f3n de sus <strong>Premios al Impulso del Empleo Juvenil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estos galardones se dividen en tres categor\u00edas: Tercer Sector\/Instituci\u00f3n educativa, Gran Empresa y Pyme\/emprendedor. En la primera de ellas el premio ha reca\u00eddo en la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Mapfre<\/strong>, que cuenta con los proyectos<strong> &#8216;Juntos somos capaces&#8217; y &#8216;Accedemos&#8217;<\/strong>. El primero est\u00e1 orientado a favorecer la inserci\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad intelectual o con alguna enfermedad mental, y ha posibilitado que solo en 2016 m\u00e1s de 430 personas -el 80% menores de 40 a\u00f1os- hayan accedido por primera vez a un puesto de trabajo. \u00abRealizan pr\u00e1cticas en empresas con el fin de optar despu\u00e9s a insertarse laboralmente. Desde 2010, son m\u00e1s de 1.900 las que han conseguido un empleo\u00bb, afirman desde la Fundaci\u00f3n. En los seis a\u00f1os que han pasado desde el lanzamiento del programa, cerca de 3.000 empresas se han adherido al mismo. \u00abQueremos que se conviertan en motor de transformaci\u00f3n de la sociedad en t\u00e9rminos de equidad y cohesi\u00f3n social\u00bb, recalcan.<\/p>\n<p>En la categor\u00eda de Gran Empresa, la elegida fue <strong>Alcampo<\/strong>, que present\u00f3 a la convocatoria <strong>dos proyectos de gran impacto.<\/strong> El primero se ha estructurado en torno a 152 programas formativos que han permitido que, entre enero de 2015 y noviembre de 2016, un total de 662 j\u00f3venes hayan aumentado sus capacidades personales, sociales y profesionales y, por tanto, la posibilidad de acceder a un empleo. La segunda iniciativa persigue la incorporaci\u00f3n al mercado laboral de talento universitario o reci\u00e9n titulado en tres niveles: a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1cticas curriculares remuneradas, la incorporaci\u00f3n a puestos de responsabilidad o la integraci\u00f3n de perfiles internacionales. El a\u00f1o pasado fueron m\u00e1s de 160 los j\u00f3venes que participaron en estos programas, y el 18% de los incorporados en plantilla ocupa puestos de direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Captaci\u00f3n de talento<\/h4>\n<p><strong>S2 Grupo de Innovaci\u00f3n en Procesos Organizativos<\/strong> se alz\u00f3 con el premio de la Fundaci\u00f3n Mahou San Miguel en el apartado Pyme\/Emprendedor, por el compromiso con la creaci\u00f3n de empleo y el mantenimiento de una contrataci\u00f3n estable. La iniciativa, denominada <strong>Enigma<\/strong>, es una escuela de ciberseguridad que persigue ofrecer una formaci\u00f3n especializada a los <strong>reci\u00e9n licenciados en Ingenier\u00eda Industrial, Inform\u00e1tica y Telecomunicaciones<\/strong>, la captaci\u00f3n del talento en las universidades y la incorporaci\u00f3n a su plantilla una vez formados. Este programa formativo tiene una duraci\u00f3n de seis meses, y desde su incorporaci\u00f3n los j\u00f3venes reciben una beca, por lo que no supone ning\u00fan coste para ellos. \u00abLa contrataci\u00f3n estable de j\u00f3venes supone una ventaja competitiva para S2 Grupo porque su incorporaci\u00f3n aporta nuevas ideas y perspectivas diferentes que nos permiten mantener nuestro crecimiento\u00bb, explica su socio-director, Miguel A. Juan. En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, la plantilla de esta empresa aument\u00f3 un 15% con un total de 225 empleados en sus oficinas de Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Bogot\u00e1 y M\u00e9xico. 39 de las 64 nuevas contrataciones correspondieron a menores de 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la<strong> Fundaci\u00f3n Secretariado Gitano<\/strong> recibi\u00f3 un acc\u00e9sit por su proyecto<strong> &#8216;Aprender Trabajando&#8217;,<\/strong> enmarcado en la <strong>Estrategia de Emprendimiento y Empleo Jove<\/strong>n, se dirige a j\u00f3venes gitanos que no finalizaron la ESO, no tienen formaci\u00f3n ni experiencia laboral previa y presentan dificultades para acceder al mercado laboral. Se trata de un modelo metodol\u00f3gico que se sustenta en dos fases formativas de seis meses de duraci\u00f3n y que incluyen una fase pr\u00e1ctica en empresas de referencia en su sector. Desde Secretariado Gitano se hace hincapi\u00e9 en la efectividad de &#8216;Aprender Trabajando&#8217; al conseguir la contrataci\u00f3n posterior de los participantes. \u00abEl porcentaje promedio de inserci\u00f3n de los 17 proyectos realizados ha sido del 50%, es decir, un total de 124 j\u00f3venes se han incorporado a un puesto de trabajo durante los dos meses siguientes a la finalizaci\u00f3n del proyecto, siendo contratados 85 en las mismas empresas donde se formaron\u00bb, ilustran. Asimismo, el proyecto se ha revelado como una motivaci\u00f3n para el regreso a las aulas. El refuerzo en competencias transversales b\u00e1sicas ha permitido que <strong>92 j\u00f3venes sin titulaci\u00f3n alguna se planteen el objetivo de obtener el Graduado en ESO<\/strong>, lo que supone un 36% de los participantes.<\/p>\n<p>Un jurado compuesto por diez expertos y profesionales del mundo de la empresa y el \u00e1mbito social fue el encargado de elegir a las entidades premiadas, que recibieron los galardones el pasado mes de marzo en un acto que cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la Infanta Elena.
