Este comit\u00e9,\u00a0 perteneciente al Consejo Econ\u00f3mico y Social (ECOSOC) en su resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/unpan1.un.org\/intradoc\/groups\/public\/documents\/un\/unpan002560.pdf\">2001\/45<\/a>, est\u00e1 conformado por 24 Estados Miembros que se re\u00fanen con car\u00e1cter anual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Comit\u00e9 es responsable de contribuir al trabajo del ECOSOC en lo concerniente a la promoci\u00f3n y desarrollo de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y gobernanza entre los Estados Miembros, en relaci\u00f3n con los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El principal tema de discusi\u00f3n del evento en esta nueva edici\u00f3n es <em>\u201cAsegurar la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible a trav\u00e9s del liderazgo, la acci\u00f3n y los medios\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f3lo aquellas entidades que, como Novia Salcedo, tienen un estatus consultivo ante el ECOSOC, pueden participar de manera presencial o a trav\u00e9s de una declaraci\u00f3n escrita. La entidad bilba\u00edna ha elevado mediante \u00e9sta \u00faltima opci\u00f3n un documento que ha sido aprobado por el Consejo Econ\u00f3mico y Social de Naciones Unidas. Concretamente, ha presentado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Written-Statement-Naciones-Unidas-castellano.pdf\">su escrito<\/a> en la categor\u00eda de <em>\u201cDesarrollo de los Principios de una Gobernanza Efectiva\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de un hecho relevante dado que s\u00f3lo 24 declaraciones han sido aprobadas. De modo que se trata de todo un hito en la trayectoria de Novia Salcedo y que muestra de manera fehaciente del trabajo que la sociedad civil est\u00e1 llevando a cabo en el sistema de Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201c<em>Para nosotros es una gran satisfacci\u00f3n. Pero tambi\u00e9n una responsabilidad para hacer realidad nuestro compromiso de desarrollar, como sociedad civil que somos, un trabajo de vigilancia del cumplimiento de los compromisos relacionados con la <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.undp.org\/content\/undp\/es\/home\/sustainable-development-goals\/goal-16-peace-justice-and-strong-institutions.html\"><em>transparencia y buen gobierno<\/em><\/a><em> de las instituciones y pa\u00edses, y que est\u00e1n reflejados en la agenda 2030<\/em>\u201d ha dicho la directora de esta fundaci\u00f3n, \u00a0Bego\u00f1a Etxebarria.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novia Salcedo Fundaci\u00f3n pertenece desde 2016 al Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de Transparencia Internacional <a
