Otros retos son el persistente d\u00e9ficit estructural de las aptitudes, debido a la disparidad entre las aptitudes adquiridas por los demandantes de empleo en el sistema educacional, frente a las aptitu\u00addes requeridas por el mercado laboral, la naturaleza de las nuevas industrias que est\u00e1n surgiendo, el cierre de algunas empresas y las intervenciones laborales a corto plazo sin claras estrategias sosteni\u00adbles de salida a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los principales retos para empezar a abordar el problema del desempleo juvenil?<br \/>\n<\/strong>En primer lugar, la educaci\u00f3n y el desarro\u00adllo de aptitudes. Los retos del desempleo juvenil en \u00c1frica siguen estableciendo el contexto para una evaluaci\u00f3n de la edu\u00adcaci\u00f3n y las aptitudes de la juventud afri\u00adcana por medio de la revisi\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas que han intentado fomentar dicha edu\u00adcaci\u00f3n y aptitudes. Estos retos tambi\u00e9n proporcionan una visi\u00f3n cuantitativa de la educaci\u00f3n y las aptitudes de los j\u00f3ve\u00adnes en \u00c1frica para lograr el Objetivo 8 de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, teniendo repercusi\u00f3n e implicaciones va\u00adrias en las pol\u00edticas. La mayor conclusi\u00f3n aqu\u00ed es que, a menos que se aborden las desigualdades en los resultados educati\u00advos entre los j\u00f3venes, es improbable que las intervenciones en el mercado de tra\u00adbajo produzcan una transformaci\u00f3n satis\u00adfactoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 efectos ha tenido el surgimien\u00adto del Comit\u00e9 de YEDIA (D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil en \u00c1frica) en este sen\u00adtido?<br \/>\n<\/strong>La D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil en \u00c1frica supone el surgimiento de programas diri\u00adgidos a la creaci\u00f3n de empleo, espec\u00edfica\u00admente para los j\u00f3venes en el continente. Estos programas tienen como objetivo la provisi\u00f3n de un entorno propicio para el gobierno y el sector privado para crear puestos de trabajo y el desarrollo de ap\u00adtitudes y conocimientos
