Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n expuestos a trabajos poco cualificados, mayor desigualdad en el mercado laboral y m\u00e1s inseguridad en la transici\u00f3n del mundo acad\u00e9mico al trabajo. En ese sentido, las\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/en\/pegasus\/young-women-labour-market\/\">mujeres j\u00f3venes<\/a>\u00a0tienen m\u00e1s posibilidades de estar desempleadas y con salarios m\u00e1s bajos que los hombres, siendo los contratos parciales los m\u00e1s extendidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es la raz\u00f3n por la que<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/en\/repor\/young-people-with-limited-skills-will-remain-outside-the-labour-market-until-2025\/\">\u00a0educaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0son determinantes para el \u00e9xito en el mercado laboral. Pero, por desgracia, los sistemas educativos existentes no est\u00e1n para hacer frente a las necesidades de aprendizaje de muchos j\u00f3venes. Los resultados de los estudios que se han realizado sobre esta brecha se\u00f1alan que un gran n\u00famero de j\u00f3venes tienen bajos niveles de rendimiento en competencias b\u00e1sicas. Es por ello que cualificaci\u00f3n en los empleos para los j\u00f3venes es una de las caracter\u00edsticas prominentes en la Agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible. Concretamente en el 4.4, que pide un aumento sustancial en el n\u00famero de j\u00f3venes y adultos que tienen habilidades relevantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, 15 de julio es el\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/youthenvoy\/2016\/06\/world-youth-skills-day-2016-2\/\">D\u00eda Mundial de Habilidades<\/a>\u00a0de j\u00f3venes, y las Naciones Unidas celebra este d\u00eda con un evento especial en el tema de \u201clas habilidades del futuro del trabajo\u201d. Este d\u00eda tan simb\u00f3lico fue adoptado por consenso en la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas en diciembre de 2014. Impulsado por Sri Lanka, la iniciativa de cooperaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada tuvo un importante apoyo desde el principio del Enviado Especial de Juventud Ahmed Alhendawi y del G77 y China.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El D\u00eda est\u00e1 en consonancia con los pr\u00f3ximos objetivos de desarrollo sostenible para 2030, que proponen garantizar una educaci\u00f3n equitativa y de calidad por un lado, y promover el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y el trabajo decente por el otro, para todos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los j\u00f3venes hoy en d\u00eda tienes tres veces m\u00e1s de posibilidades de estar desempleados que los adultos.
