Espa\u00f1a podr\u00e1 gastar, de aqu\u00ed a 2023, m\u00e1s de 3.200 millones de euros en ayudas para encontrar trabajo a los m\u00e1s de 1,1 millones menores de 30 a\u00f1os que est\u00e9n en paro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La ministra de Empleo y Seguridad Social, F\u00e1tima B\u00e1\u00f1ez, ha anunciado que, de ahora en adelante, el Estado contar\u00e1 con 837 millones de euros m\u00e1s, procedentes de fondos nacionales y comunitarios, que se emplear\u00e1n en financiar el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.empleo.gob.es\/es\/garantiajuvenil\/queesGJ.html\">programa europeo de Garant\u00eda Juvenil<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La primera medida, ser\u00e1 crear una<strong> bolsa de ayudas de 430 euros que el Gobierno proporcionar\u00e1 a los menores de 30 a\u00f1os <\/strong>que en ese momento ni estudien ni trabajen, pero que accedan a un contrato de formaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje<strong>.<\/strong> Esta cantidad se sumar\u00e1 al salario que las empresas acuerden en sus convenios, por lo que los beneficiarios podr\u00e1n ingresar m\u00e1s de 1.138 euros al mes repartidos en 14 pagas. Con esta medida, el Ejecutivo persigue acabar con la falta de formaci\u00f3n y potenciar y premiar el trabajo entre los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se bonificar\u00e1 a todas aquellas empresas que, tras ese primer contacto que se obtenga con los cursos de formaci\u00f3n, propongan contratos indefinidos a aquellos j\u00f3venes que los cursen. La propuesta, que de a\u00fan est\u00e1 en proceso de aceptaci\u00f3n, <strong>supondr\u00e1 una subvenci\u00f3n de 250 euros al mes en las cuotas empresariales a la Seguridad Social durante tres a\u00f1os<\/strong>.
