LinkedIn es la red social m\u00e1s usada entre los profesionales. Con sus 500 millones de usuarios en todo el mundo, esta plataforma se ha convertido en una herramienta eficaz en la b\u00fasqueda de empleo, especialmente entre los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n
Para las nuevas generaciones acceder al mundo laboral se ha vuelto cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil. En ese sentido, una de las consecuencias m\u00e1s importantes ha sido la adquisici\u00f3n de experiencia profesional en una empresa. Conscientes de esta barrera, desde la plataforma digital han querido superar este obst\u00e1culo creando un sistema donde j\u00f3venes y \u00a0profesionales expertos -mentores-, puedan ponerse en contacto.<\/p>\n
\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/strong><\/p>\nPara llevar a cabo esta herramienta se han basado en la popular red social de citas Tinder. A grandes rasgos, la idea es inspirarse en los \u2018match\u2019 para que el usuario vaya deslizando los perfiles y seleccionar aquellos que m\u00e1s le interesan.<\/p>\n
LinkedIn analiza distintos perfiles profesionales y env\u00eda una notificaci\u00f3n a un experto en un determinado campo que, seg\u00fan la plataforma, puede aportar algo a los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
En el mensaje\u00a0 enviado por LinkedIn se indica en qu\u00e9 campo es h\u00e1bil el elegido. Si el usuario est\u00e1 de acuerdo y desea ser mentor, solo tiene que\u00a0aceptar la invitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Una vez que un usuario pasa a ser mentor, tiene dos opciones. Por un lado, puede\u00a0seleccionar \u00e9l mismo distintos grupos de edad y formaci\u00f3n\u00a0a los que ayudar. Y, por otro,\u00a0puede ser contactado por contactos de su primer o segundo c\u00edrculo\u00a0de LinkedIn.<\/p>\n
El prototipo se test\u00f3 el pasado mes de julio y, ante el aparente \u00e9xito, la compa\u00f1\u00eda lo extender\u00e1 al resto de sus usuarios en pr\u00f3ximas fechas. A pesar de todo, desde LinkedIn aseguran que el \u00e9xito de esta nueva f\u00f3rmula de mentorizaci\u00f3n depende en gran parte de la calidad de asesoramiento de este tipo de experiencias.<\/p>\n
