Y si lo enfocamos en<strong> emprendimiento juvenil<\/strong>, los adolescentes integrar\u00edan esa base. Una adecuada formaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n en la cultura del emprendimiento y motivaci\u00f3n ser\u00edan las herramientas para fortalecer esa base. Un trabajo que realizan en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iesplayamar.es\/\"><strong>instituto de Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Playama<\/strong>r<\/a>, ubicado en Torremolinos. El centro malague\u00f1o cre\u00f3 hace cinco a\u00f1os un proyecto para luchar contra el desempleo juvenil, <strong>el <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/initiatives\/european-institute-innovation-technology_es\">Centro Europeo para la Innovaci\u00f3n y el Emprendimiento<\/a><\/strong> -en ingl\u00e9s, European Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ECIE)-. El plan se remonta al a\u00f1o 2002, cuando el <strong>paro juvenil<\/strong> registr\u00f3 su peor etapa de la crisis econ\u00f3mica. En estas fechas, la <strong>tasa de desempleo<\/strong> entre los <strong>menores de 25 a\u00f1os<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a el <strong>55,13%<\/strong> o lo que es lo mismo <strong>930.200 j\u00f3venes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Desde entonces, estudiantes que cursan <strong>desde cuarto de la ESO hasta Bachillerato<\/strong> en este instituto trabajan en el desarrollo de modelos de negocio sostenibles. Los proyectos se centran en la b\u00fasqueda de soluciones a problemas sociales detectados en los entornos de los institutos y en el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para concebir ideas de negocio cuya viabilidad ser\u00e1 estudiada.<\/p>\n<p>A la iniciativa se han sumado institutos de otros pa\u00edses europeos como <strong>Francia, Italia, Hungra Bulgaria<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n institutos de diversas provincias espa\u00f1olas, como <strong>Le\u00f3n, Almer\u00eda o C\u00e1diz<\/strong> han solicitado adherirse.<\/p>\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n de esta <strong>red internacional<\/strong> supone un paso m\u00e1s en el objetivo del centro en impulsar la <strong>vocaci\u00f3n emprendedora<\/strong> entre sus estudiantes, que este curso colaborar\u00e1n de forma directa con alumnos del resto de institutos adheridos. El proyecto, adem\u00e1s, ha recibido <strong>financiaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>, con una <strong>subvenci\u00f3n de 230.120 euros<\/strong> dentro del <a href=\"http:\/\/oapee.es\/oapee\/inicio\/ErasmusPlus.html\"><strong>programa Erasmus+<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, el programa contar\u00e1 con una <strong>plataforma online<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de la cual los estudiantes podr\u00e1n intercambiar ideas y experiencias. Tambi\u00e9n les ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar sus <strong>competencias<\/strong> en \u00e1reas como <strong>los entornos digitales, el emprendimiento, las matem\u00e1ticas o la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de reforzar su <strong>nivel de ingl\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los <strong>m\u00e9todos del ECIE<\/strong> apuestan por el <strong>&#8216;design thinking&#8217;<\/strong> -una herramienta enfocada a fomentar la innovaci\u00f3n en las organizaciones de una forma eficaz y exitosa- y el <strong>\u2018benchmarking\u2019<\/strong>.
