A lo largo del pr\u00f3ximo ejercicio, el programa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jovenesproductivos.gob.pe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>J\u00f3venes Productivos<\/strong><\/a> brindar\u00e1 un total de <strong>10.950 cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que les ayud\u00e1n a abrir una puerta para su acceso al mercado laboral. El <strong>viceministro de Promoci\u00f3n del Empleo y Capacitaci\u00f3n Laboral, Jaime Obreros<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 que se ofrecer\u00e1n cursos para desempe\u00f1arse como operarios de maquinaria, de electricidad, de procesos de agroexplotaci\u00f3n y de construcci\u00f3n civil, auxiliares de venta y teleoperadores. \u00abHago un llamado para que los j\u00f3venes aprovechen esta oportunidad y se inscriban en las capacitaciones del programa para mejorar sus habilidades y hacerse m\u00e1s empleables\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno del pa\u00eds andino enmarca esta oferta formativa en una serie de acciones que viene desarrollando con el fin de reducir la pobreza a trav\u00e9s de empleos estables y bien remunerados. Un ejemplo de ello es la <strong>capacitaci\u00f3n dual<\/strong>, que Per\u00fa est\u00e1 trabajando con \u00e9xito. Esta modalidad de aprendizaje din\u00e1mico y flexible alterna la formaci\u00f3n en un entorno acad\u00e9mico, como es el centro de formaci\u00f3n profesional, y en un entorno laboral, como es la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoci\u00f3n del Empleo est\u00e1 elaborando asimismo el <strong>Plan Nacional de Empleo Juvenil<\/strong>, que busca promover un empleo digno, con protecci\u00f3n social, mejora de la empleabilidad y capacidades emprendedoras y empresariales.
