Un informe de la UPV\/EHU alerta del aumento de la precariedad ante un \u00abpreocupante aumento de la temporalidad\u00bb<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Euskadi<\/strong> logr\u00f3 en 2017 incrementar su cifra de ocupaci\u00f3n un 1,5%<\/strong> -alcanzando las 915.000 personas empleadas<\/strong>– y reducir el n\u00famero de parados en \u00abcasi el doble\u00bb que en 2016. As\u00ed, la tasa de paro descendi\u00f3 hasta el 10,6%<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la Encuesta de Poblaci\u00f3n Activa<\/strong><\/a> elaborada por el INE<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El ‘Informe Laboral Euskadi 2017<\/strong><\/a>‘ elaborado por la Universidad del Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/strong><\/a> (UPV\/EHU), destaca que este aumento en la ocupaci\u00f3n, en casi 14.000 personas, se debe principalmente a la incorporaci\u00f3n de las mujeres<\/strong> al mercado laboral, un colectivo que desde el inicio de la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica estaba perdiendo peso de entre el total de personas con empleo. 11.100 de las 13.800 personas que encontraron empleo el a\u00f1o pasado fueron mujeres. Ellas ya suponen el 47,3%<\/strong> de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada, frente al 46,79% de 2016. Adem\u00e1s, un 71,17%<\/strong> de los puestos de trabajo reci\u00e9n creados se enmarcaron dentro del sector servicios<\/strong>, un \u00e1rea muy feminizada.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, los j\u00f3venes van cobrando protagonismo<\/strong> y el mercado laboral empieza a recurrir a ellos para tomar impulso. Los menores de 25 a\u00f1os<\/strong> han pasado de ser el 3,57% de los ocupados en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2016 a ser el 4,59%<\/strong> en el mismo periodo de 2017. Se ha producido un \u00abligero rejuvenecimiento<\/strong>\u00bb de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada, porque aunque no se traduce en \u00abun gran aumento\u00bb, no hab\u00eda sucedido desde el inicio de la recuperaci\u00f3n, destaca Sara de la Rica, Catedr\u00e1tica de Econom\u00eda y directora del informe.<\/p>\n

Estudios superiores<\/strong><\/p>\n

El estudio tambi\u00e9n destaca el hecho de que un 57,33%<\/strong> de las personas ocupadas en Euskadi tiene un nivel educativo superior<\/strong>, bien universitario o de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, y que esta tasa aument\u00f3 casi dos puntos en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. \u00abLa media en el Estado es del 42,75%<\/strong> y no hay ninguna regi\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola que tenga estos niveles de educaci\u00f3n superior\u00bb, ha subrayado.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa gente que est\u00e1 entrando en el mercado laboral tiene un alt\u00edsimo nivel educativo\u00bb, destaca. El problema es que entran \u00abcon salarios muy bajos, contratos temporales<\/strong>\u00bb y, sobre todo, en el sector servicios<\/strong>. Por ello, entre sus conclusiones, el informe de la UPV\/EHU indica que es \u00abimportante avanzar para conseguir que todos nuestros j\u00f3venes tengan un nivel educativo superior\u00bb y que se trate de \u00abalinear\u00bb esta formaci\u00f3n del sistema educativo a las necesidades del mercado laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Temporalidad<\/strong><\/p>\n

Otro de los problemas es que existe \u201cun preocupante aumento de la temporalidad<\/strong> entre los asalariados en Euskadi en 2017″, indica De la Rica. La contrataci\u00f3n temporal ha ascendido tres puntos y supera el 26%<\/strong>, equipar\u00e1ndose a la media estatal. En el caso de las mujeres esta tasa se eleva hasta el 28%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Un porcentaje muy por encima de la media de Europa<\/strong>, donde la contrataci\u00f3n temporal \u00abno sobrepasa el 10%<\/strong>\u00ab, con excepci\u00f3n de algunos pa\u00edses, como Grecia, Italia o Polonia<\/strong>, que han sufrido un importante aumento con la crisis, explica De la Rica. \u00abLa temporalidad tiene que tener una causa y en el resto de pa\u00edses se cumple.
