Con estos objetivos, la Administraci\u00f3n vasca impulsar\u00e1 acciones \u00abpara dar velocidad al tr\u00e1nsito del \u00e1mbito educativo al mercado laboral\u00bb, explic\u00f3 la <strong>consejera de Empleo y Pol\u00edticas Sociales, Beatriz Artolazabal<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de aprobar medidas \u00abpara impulsar el emprendimiento, as\u00ed como actuaciones para mejorar las condiciones laborales de la juventud vasca\u00bb. En el \u00e1rea de la vivienda, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que las l\u00edneas previstas consistir\u00e1n en la reserva de pisos protegidos y el desarrollo de nuevas f\u00f3rmulas y medidas orientadas a favorecer el alquiler.<\/p>\n<p>Este documento se articula en cinco ejes estrat\u00e9gicos en torno a las \u00e1reas de emancipaci\u00f3n y autonom\u00eda; bienestar y vida saludable; igualdad e inclusi\u00f3n social; participaci\u00f3n y compromiso social, y socializaci\u00f3n. Cuenta con <strong>23 objetivos y 65 l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Las \u00e1reas de empleo, vivienda, educaci\u00f3n y salud tienen car\u00e1cter estrat\u00e9gico. \u00abSon la base para que la juventud pueda trabajar el resto de ejes y \u00e1mbitos y participe en la sociedad de forma igualitaria, responsable y comprometida\u00bb, precis\u00f3 Artolazabal.<\/p>\n<p>La redacci\u00f3n de este cuarto programase ha llevado a cabo tras realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n del anterior. Posteriormente, hubo un periodo de reflexi\u00f3n para definir las nuevas l\u00edneas b\u00e1sicas de la estrategia en materia de juventud. Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis de la realidad del colectivo y su evoluci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Una de las conclusiones es que desciende el peso de la poblaci\u00f3n joven en Euskadi y la edad media de maternidad est\u00e1 por encima de los 30 a\u00f1os. Asimismo, pese a descender la tasa de paro <strong>el salario medio de la juventud ocupada es de alrededor de 1.000 euros mensuales<\/strong>, lo que tampoco se traduce en una mayor predisposici\u00f3n al autoempleo.
