Un concepto que est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con la organizaci\u00f3n de las empresas y el contexto social en el que est\u00e1n radicadas. Seg\u00fan el profesor de ESADE, Josep Mar\u00eda Lozano, es imposible hacer viable una empresa sin atender a la viabilidad de las personas y del pa\u00eds en el que opera, y a la inversa, la supervivencia de una compa\u00f1\u00eda no depende s\u00f3lo de los contextos econ\u00f3micos, sino que necesita personas formadas. Como en todo ecosistema, esta relaci\u00f3n de interdependencia entre los protagonistas (entidades, personas, ense\u00f1anza, administraci\u00f3n&#8230;) se apoya en un equilibrio muy fr\u00e1gil. \u00ab<strong>Estamos pagando la cultura nefasta de que la empresa era un mal menor o un elemento a\u00a0abatir, cuando resulta que no puede haber pa\u00edses que vayan bien si sus empresas van mal<\/strong>\u00ab, asegura la directora general de NSF, <a title=\"entrevista-bego\u00f1a-etxebarria\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/pegasus\/borrador-automatico-2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bego\u00f1a Etxebarria<\/a>. Pero a rengl\u00f3n seguido se muestra muy cr\u00edtica con la cultura empresarial que existe en Espa\u00f1a. \u00abSe necesita un cambio total. Los empresarios deben plantearse dirigir con inteligencia porque hay empresas bien gestionadas y otras que miran s\u00f3lo el corto plazo. <strong>Los intangibles (estilos de liderazgo, que las personas est\u00e9n contentas en sus puestos de trabajo y crean que contribuyen a su buena marcha, formaci\u00f3n continua&#8230;) son los que diferencian a las buenas de las malas<\/strong>, no el producto ni la financiaci\u00f3n. No vamos a tener empleo juvenil de calidad si no abordamos todos estos enfoques; el resto ser\u00e1 precariedad total\u00bb, vaticina.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/directora-n-salcedo-7.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3052 size-medium\" style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 15px;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/directora-n-salcedo-7.jpg?resize=200%2C300\" alt=\"directora n salcedo 7\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/directora-n-salcedo-7.jpg?resize=200%2C300 200w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/directora-n-salcedo-7.jpg?resize=683%2C1024 683w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/directora-n-salcedo-7.jpg?w=2280 2280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a>El modelo educativo tampoco ayuda a que haya una mayor cercan\u00eda entre empresas y estudiantes. En su opini\u00f3n, deber\u00eda tomarse como ejemplo lo que ocurre en pa\u00edses del norte y centro de Europa, donde \u00abdesde los 16 a\u00f1os los chicos suelen ir un d\u00eda a la semana a la empresa o pasan una semana en vacaciones para familiarizarse con los procesos productivos\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s, la responsable de Novia Salcedo reclama una educaci\u00f3n en la que el \u00abaprender a hacer\u00bb vaya acompa\u00f1ado de un \u00abense\u00f1ar a pensar, a vivir juntos, a resolver problemas\u00bb. Y que la exigencia cuando ese joven se incorpora al mercado de trabajo se adapte a su falta de experiencia. \u00ab<strong>La adaptaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser progresiva, con paciencia, pero ni el mercado ni los gobiernos valoran la paciencia en las empresas<\/strong>\u00ab, lamenta. Otra forma de adquirir experiencia laboral consiste en compaginar estudios y trabajo. Una f\u00f3rmula que en Espa\u00f1a tradicionalmente no ha contado con\u00a0demasiados adeptos. Helena Orella, coordinadora de la campa\u00f1a internacional que impulsa NSF para la declaraci\u00f3n de una D\u00e9cada del Empleo Juvenil entre 2019 y 2028,\u00a0recuerda c\u00f3mo durante el a\u00f1o que permaneci\u00f3 en Inglaterra con una beca Erasmus \u00abentre mis compa\u00f1eros era raro el que no trabajaba en un bar, en una librer\u00eda o como\u00a0jardinero\u00bb. Tambi\u00e9n expresa un deseo compartido por todo el equipo de Novia Salcedo: \u00abAl tratarse de una iniciativa de la sociedad civil vasca, nos gustar\u00eda que la Oficina Internacional del Empleo Juvenil estuviera en Bilbao\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, son muchos los factores que influyen en un problema tan complejo como el del desempleo juvenil. Seg\u00fan la OIT, de los 6 millones de parados de entre 18 y 25 a\u00f1os que hay en Europa -14 millones si se a\u00f1ade a quienes tampoco estudian-, el 50% viven en nuestro pa\u00eds, entre los que se cuentan 73.000 vascos. \u00bfPero se pueden\u00a0reducir estas cifras si la UE mantiene la austeridad como \u00fanica receta para salir de la crisis?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde Novia Salcedo Fundaci\u00f3n (NSF) se reflexiona sobre las claves que est\u00e1n detr\u00e1s de lo que se considera empleo de calidad.
