Por otro lado, las empresas a trav\u00e9s de un canon, podr\u00e1n ofertar las plazas. Por \u00faltimo, los departamentos de recursos humanos o las agencias especializadas, tendr\u00e1n un canal directo con los otros usuarios a trav\u00e9s de la mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea de Facebook. As\u00ed ambas partes simplifican la forma de hacer una entrevista o continuar un proceso de selecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Un primer vistazo a las solicitudes, todav\u00eda en ciernes, indica que las ofertas publicadas hasta ahora van encaminadas a empleos sencillos, generales y poco cualificados. Pero al ser una herramienta cuyas prestaciones no est\u00e1n completas, de momento s\u00f3lo es una muestra.
