Es una plataforma con la que podr\u00e1s crear un CV comprensible en todos los pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. Es decir, puede convertirse en tu aliado para buscar empleo en otro pa\u00eds. Se cre\u00f3 en 2004, despu\u00e9s de que el <strong>Parlamento Europeo<\/strong> aprobara una medida que ten\u00eda como objetivo promover un documento que reflejara las cualificaciones y competencias de una persona de una manera transparente para todos los pa\u00edses. O lo que es lo mismo, que un profesional de RRHH de Alemania encuentre lo que le interesa en el mismo punto que un reclutador de Eslovenia. Ellos ahorran tiempo y t\u00fa tienes m\u00e1s oportunidades de que lean tu CV.<\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a, el a\u00f1o pasado 1.245.934 personas utilizaron esta herramienta para completar su curr\u00edculum. De ellas, m\u00e1s de la mitad (646.937) se\u00f1alaron que carec\u00edan de experiencia laboral, y solo 58.105 indicaron que contaban con una vida laboral superior a 20 a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, en su mayor\u00eda (538.840 personas) reflejaron que solo hablaban una lengua extranjera, seguidos de 393.963 individuos que pueden relacionarse en dos, 157.534 en tres idiomas y 63.413 personas se desenvuelven en cuatro o m\u00e1s lenguas.<\/p>\n<p>Crear tu Europass es muy sencillo. Adem\u00e1s, puedes guardarlo en la nube de Google Drive o One Drive y acceder desde cualquier ordenador o crear diferentes versiones -en distintos idiomas o con distintos perfiles profesionales-. El Europass se compone de cinco documentos, dos de los cuales completar\u00e1s t\u00fa mismo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lo que podr\u00e1s rellenar:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Curr\u00edculum vitae:<\/strong> Introduce los datos que se solicitan: informaci\u00f3n personal, tipo de aplicaci\u00f3n \u2013qu\u00e9 empleo buscas-, experiencia profesional\u2026 S\u00e9 claro y conciso y, sobre todo, \u00a1cuidado con la ortograf\u00eda!<br \/>\n<strong>Pasaporte de Lenguas:<\/strong> Es una herramienta con la que podr\u00e1s autoevaluar tus destrezas y cualificaciones ling\u00fc\u00edsticas.<br \/>\n<strong>Carta de motivaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Es opcional. Lo que en Espa\u00f1a conocemos como \u2018Carta de presentaci\u00f3n\u2019. Incluirla no es obligatorio, pero te ayudar\u00e1 a que los reclutadores te conozcan un poco m\u00e1s. \u00bfO acaso cuando tienes enfrente a alguien conocido no te presentas?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lo que deber\u00e1s solicitar:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Documento de Movilidad Europass:<\/strong> Si has estudiado, trabajado o realizado voluntariado en otros pa\u00edses europeos, en este documento figurar\u00e1n los conocimientos y las capacidades adquiridas. Por ejemplo: pr\u00e1cticas realizadas en empresas, un curso acad\u00e9mico como parte de un programa de intercambio o un voluntariado en una ONG. Lo deben completar dos organizaciones: la primera, la del pa\u00eds de origen, y la segunda, la del pa\u00eds anfitri\u00f3n. En este caso, debes solicitarle al centro que te ha enviado al extranjero que contacte con el Centro Nacional Europass.<br \/>\n<strong>Suplemento al T\u00edtulo de T\u00e9cnico o al Certificado de Profesionalidad:<\/strong> Es un documento adjunto a un T\u00edtulo t\u00e9cnico o Certificado de profesionalidad, en el que se describen los conocimientos y capacidades adquiridos. Lo puedes solicitar en el Cat\u00e1logo nacional de Suplemento al T\u00edtulo\/Certificado o en el Punto Nacional de Referencia. Ayuda a comprender las cualificaciones adquiridas.<br \/>\n<strong>Suplemento al T\u00edtulo Superior:<\/strong> Es un documento adjunto que se expide a los graduados en Educaci\u00f3n Universitaria junto a su titulaci\u00f3n oficial. En este caso, se solicita en el centro en el que has obtenido la titulaci\u00f3n. Al igual que el anterior, facilita la comprensi\u00f3n de tus cualificaciones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lo que te preguntar\u00e1s:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00bfSe traduce autom\u00e1ticamente?:<\/strong> Si cambias la lengua en el editor (justo debajo del logo), los encabezados del CV, as\u00ed como campos que usen taxonom\u00edas como el sexo, la nacionalidad, el tipo de tel\u00e9fono, el nombre y el nivel de idiomas, etc. s\u00ed se traducir\u00e1n. Sin embargo, el texto libre \u2013el que t\u00fa hayas tecleado- como la experiencia de trabajo, educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n o habilidades, tendr\u00e1s que traducirlo.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, si m\u00e1s adelante quieres actualizarlo, no tendr\u00e1s que empezar de cero.
