Son la generaci\u00f3n del futuro y piden que su voz se escuche en todo el planeta. La firma <strong>Deloitte<\/strong> ha elaborado la <strong>Encuesta Millennial 2017<\/strong>, que recoge las opiniones de casi 8.000 millenials de m\u00e1s de 30 pa\u00edses. Con los datos obtenidos, Deloitte ha elaborado una gu\u00eda para que las empresas entiendan c\u00f3mo piensan estos j\u00f3venes, qu\u00e9 les preocupa y cu\u00e1les son las cualidades que anhelan en las empresas. \u00bfEl objetivo? Que las compa\u00f1\u00edas sean capaces de atraer, desarrollar y fidelizar el talento millenial.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas seleccionan a sus empleados, pero tambi\u00e9n ellos eligen las firmas en las que quieren trabajar. \u00bfY en qu\u00e9 se fijan los millenials? Su principal aliciente es el <strong>impacto que la compa\u00f1\u00eda genera en la sociedad<\/strong>. As\u00ed lo revela un 76% de los encuestados, que valora positivamente poder contribuir con acciones sociales desde su puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s importantes de esta generaci\u00f3n es su <strong>hiperconectividad<\/strong>. Comparten sus pensamientos y sus vidas en redes sociales, est\u00e1n a la \u00faltima en aplicaciones e invierten m\u00e1s tiempo en internet que personas de otras edades. Por ello, involucrarlos en las actividades de la empresa les convertir\u00e1 en embajadores de la marca.<\/p>\n<p>Y tienen<strong> ganas de aprender<\/strong>, por lo que consideran que las empresas deben invertir en su formaci\u00f3n y recuerdan los efectos positivos de hacerlo: mayor productividad y competitividad. Un trabajador que se siente valorado es un empleado contento que querr\u00e1 permanecer en la empresa. De hecho, solo el 7% de los encuestados valora cambiar en poco tiempo de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfFreelance o trabajar a tiempo completo? El 65% se decanta por un <strong>empleo a jornada completa<\/strong>. Pero, eso s\u00ed, si hay un asunto al que otorga especial relevancia ese es la flexibilidad laboral. El 84% de todos los encuestados considera que tener horarios flexibles de trabajo aumenta la productividad, fideliza a los empleados y refuerza su felicidad y bienestar.<\/p>\n<h4>L\u00edderes directos<\/h4>\n<p>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 buscan en los l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos y empresariales? Sobre todo que hablen claro y en un lenguaje sencillo y que escuchen lo que los millenials quieren decir. Los j\u00f3venes recelan de los l\u00edderes que toman posturas controvertidas o que causan divisi\u00f3n y de aquellos que defienden transformaciones radicales en vez de cambios graduales.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mismo ocurre con las colaboraciones que empresas y gobiernos establecen para afrontar los retos de la sociedad.
