{"id":6345,"date":"2018-06-15T15:19:02","date_gmt":"2018-06-15T13:19:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=6345"},"modified":"2018-06-15T15:28:15","modified_gmt":"2018-06-15T13:28:15","slug":"formacion-en-hosteleria-para-jovenes-en-riesgo-de-exclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/formacion-en-hosteleria-para-jovenes-en-riesgo-de-exclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Formaci\u00f3n en hosteler\u00eda para j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1s de 500 j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social se han formado en el sector hostelero durante los cuatro a\u00f1os del programa \u00ab<strong>Creamos Oportunidades en Hosteler\u00eda<\/strong>\u00ab, impulsado por la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmahousanmiguel.com\/\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Mahou San Miguel<\/strong><\/a>, que acaba de clausurar su \u00faltima edici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan ha detallado la organizaci\u00f3n, el objetivo es \u201cfacilitar la inserci\u00f3n laboral de j\u00f3venes con dificultades a trav\u00e9s de un programa de formaci\u00f3n para el empleo en el sector de la hosteler\u00eda que aporte a los participantes <strong>una oportunidad profesional a largo plazo<\/strong>\u201d. Para ello, impulsan distintas acciones dirigidas a \u201cformar camareros que destaquen por la calidad en el servicio\u201d acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndoles \u201cen todo el proceso, desde que se inicia su formaci\u00f3n hasta que encuentran un trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Este programa de formaci\u00f3n para el empleo, enfocado a <strong>j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n<\/strong>, combina formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica, y como ense\u00f1anza complementaria, incluye clases magistrales con profesionales del sector, cursos de especializaci\u00f3n, visitas a centros de producci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y apoyo en pr\u00e1cticas laborales.<\/p>\n<p>En sus tres primeras ediciones, esta iniciativa ha formado a <strong>340 j\u00f3venes<\/strong> en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n de <strong>Madrid, Bilbao, Burgos y Barcelona<\/strong>, y ha posibilitado que alrededor del <strong>89%<\/strong> hayan logrado un empleo estable en la hosteler\u00eda. Asimismo, ha contado, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de <strong>75 reconocidos establecimientos<\/strong> de hosteler\u00eda, numerosas <strong>entidades sociales<\/strong> y las principales <strong>escuelas de hosteler\u00eda<\/strong> de estas cuatro ciudades.<\/p>\n<p>En la <strong>cuarta edici\u00f3n<\/strong> han sido <strong>m\u00e1s de 150 alumnos<\/strong> los que han recibido formaci\u00f3n cualificada en diferentes escuelas de hosteler\u00eda. 102 en Madrid, 15 en Bilbao, Burgos y Barcelona y 10 m\u00e1s becados en Granada. 112 de ellos han realizado el curso de <strong>Certificado Profesional<\/strong> en siete escuelas de hosteler\u00eda de todo el pa\u00eds, y otros 37 han cursado la <strong>Formaci\u00f3n Profesional Dual<\/strong> en la <a href=\"http:\/\/simoneortega.es\/\"><strong>Escuela Simone Ortega de Madrid<\/strong><\/a> o se encuentran ya en per\u00edodo de <strong>pr\u00e1cticas en distintos establecimientos hosteleros<\/strong>.
