{"id":6637,"date":"2018-10-31T11:12:39","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T10:12:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=6637"},"modified":"2018-10-31T11:28:06","modified_gmt":"2018-10-31T10:28:06","slug":"over-50-of-teachers-believe-the-education-system-does-not-prepare-students-for-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/over-50-of-teachers-believe-the-education-system-does-not-prepare-students-for-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s del 50% de los profesores considera que el sistema educativo no prepara a los alumnos para el futuro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una encuesta elaborada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.es\/nosotros\/cambridge-monitor\/innovacioneducacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cambridge Monitor<\/a> dedica su quinta edici\u00f3n a la<strong> \u2018Innovaci\u00f3n en la Educaci\u00f3n\u2019<\/strong> en Espa\u00f1a de mano de quienes mejor conocen la situaci\u00f3n: los profesores y profesoras. Las conclusiones de este bar\u00f3metro no son nada alentadoras pero dejan claro que la educaci\u00f3n necesita adaptarse a la nueva realidad en la que se vive, en la que el bullying, los recortes y los conflictos entre padres y profesores est\u00e1n a la orden del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las preguntas que se realizaron a los 1.133 profesores que participaron de la encuesta, <strong>el 55% de ellos considera que el sistema educativo espa\u00f1ol actual no prepara a los j\u00f3venes para el futuro<\/strong>. Y en esa l\u00ednea estiman que el mercado laboral valorar\u00e1 m\u00e1s las competencias que los conocimientos y que deber\u00e1 replantearse la din\u00e1mica de evaluaci\u00f3n a los alumnos. Tambi\u00e9n destacan que el sistema educativo necesita adaptarse a los cambios que est\u00e1 sufriendo la sociedad con la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Tras este problema, <strong>el 67% del colectivo consultado subraya que el sistema se ha quedado obsoleto y no responde a las necesidades del siglo XX<\/strong>, sobre todo en la franja de de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, 18-30 a\u00f1os. Por ello<strong> reclaman un pacto de Estado para mejorar la educaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, sin embargo el 84% no cree que la educaci\u00f3n no es una prioridad para los pol\u00edticos. Una cifra similar, el 84% destaca que el sector sufre una falta de recursos y estos afectan negativamente a la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<h3>Nivel muy lejos de Europa<\/h3>\n<p>Los docentes tambi\u00e9n han comparado el nivel educativo frente al resto de pa\u00edses europeos. Aunque la mayor\u00eda valora que se debe cambiar el actual sistema para ponerse a la altura del est\u00e1ndar europeo, por eso el 40% no conf\u00eda que alg\u00fan d\u00eda se iguale a los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos. A\u00fan as\u00ed, <strong>el 31 % conf\u00eda que en al menos diez a\u00f1os se ubicar\u00e1 a la altura de los mejores modelos como Finlandia, Dinamarca y Alemania<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las preocupaciones de los educadores pasa por los nuevos enfoques de ense\u00f1anza que deber\u00edan aplicarse en los colegios. <strong>A los docentes les interesa el aprendizaje colaborativo y la educaci\u00f3n emocional<\/strong> por lo que valoran una metodolog\u00eda prioritaria en esa postura. Sin duda, uno de los objetivos educativos m\u00e1s importantes para los equipos encuestados son: formar ciudadanos responsables, igualdad de oportunidades de g\u00e9nero, respeto de la diversidad y resolver el bullying. Por lo que consideran que, de estos objetivos educativos, el m\u00e1s implementado en los centros deber\u00eda ser el respeto a la diversidad. Y entre las competencias esenciales <strong>para el futuro de<\/strong> <strong>los alumnos deber\u00edan predominar la autonom\u00eda, la capacidad para resolver problemas y el pensamiento cr\u00edtico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Docentes y padres, una mala relaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>El 94% del profesorado asegura que los padres delegan en la escuela la responsabilidad de la educaci\u00f3n de sus hijos. Esta creencia se trata de una tendencia constante en todos los grados de ense\u00f1anza. Tanto es as\u00ed que, <strong>el 76% de los encuestados siente que los padres han perdido el respeto y la confianza hacia ellos<\/strong>. Mientras que, un 86%, s\u00ed se sienten respetados por los alumnos. Del mismo modo, manifiestan que los padres son el colectivo que peor valora su trabajo y que el que mejor lo hace son sus propios alumnos, por encima de sus compa\u00f1eros y la direcci\u00f3n del centro.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a una de las principales fuentes de conflicto entre padres y profesores en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, los deberes y ex\u00e1menes, m\u00e1s de la mitad del equipo docente no considera que los alumnos tengan ni demasiados ex\u00e1menes, ni demasiados deberes.
