Por su parte, seg\u00fan la<a href=\"https:\/\/adecco.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/NdP-VII-Encuesta-Adecco-La-felicidad-en-el-trabajo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> VII Encuesta sobre felicidad en el trabajo<\/strong><\/a> realizada por <a href=\"https:\/\/adecco.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adecco<\/a>,<strong> los aspectos laborales que m\u00e1s valoran<\/strong> los entrevistados son el <strong>buen ambiente laboral<\/strong>, <strong>la flexibilidad horaria<\/strong> o el <strong>tener un buen jefe<\/strong>, mientras que el hecho de<strong> tener un buen salario<\/strong> (hasta ahora siempre en el <strong>primer puesto de la lista<\/strong>) es un aspecto que cae hasta el quinto puesto. Con estos datos en la mano no es de extra\u00f1ar que cada vez m\u00e1s empresas se est\u00e9n tomando conciencia de que un trabajador contento rinde m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Es lo que se llama <strong>salario emocional<\/strong>. Un concepto que, especialmente con la entrada de los llamados <strong>millenials<\/strong> al mercado laboral, est\u00e1 comenzando a entrar con fuerza tanto en el \u00e1mbito empresarial como en los departamentos de recursos humanos. Se trata, en definitiva, de <strong>retribuciones no econ\u00f3micas que una empresa ofrece a sus trabajadores<\/strong> y que est\u00e1n especialmente<strong> dirigidas a su bienestar emocional<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan los expertos, algunos de los m\u00e1s importantes son:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; <strong>Las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional<\/strong>: saber que aunque se empiece desde abajo existe la<strong> posibilidad de promocionarse a puestos de mayor responsabilidad da una motivaci\u00f3n extra al empleado<\/strong> porque ve sus oportunidades de futuro como una recompensa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; <strong>Un buen ambiente de trabajo<\/strong>: un entorno laboral pac\u00edfico en el que se fomente el trabajo en equipo y la <strong>cultura de empresa hace que los trabajadores se sientan a gusto cada d\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; <strong>La conciliaci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong>: los <strong>horarios<\/strong> de trabajo <strong>flexibles<\/strong> son otro de los aspectos <strong>mejor valorados por los trabajadores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 60px;\">&#8211; <strong>Ser parte de la toma de decisiones<\/strong>: sentir que la empresa cuenta con la opini\u00f3n de sus empleados <strong>les hace sentirse parte del proyecto<\/strong> y pieza fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>Aspectos del salario emocional que seg\u00fan la bolsa de trabajo<a href=\"https:\/\/www.occ.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> OCCMundial<\/a> de <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> puede<strong> revertirse en que su productividad se eleve hasta un 30%<\/strong>, as\u00ed como su <strong>nivel de compromiso con la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong> y <strong>la satisfacci\u00f3n por las tareas que realiza<\/strong>. Cifras a las que seg\u00fan OCCMundial tambi\u00e9n habr\u00eda que a\u00f1adir que aplicando este salario emocional se pueden llegar a <strong>reducir hasta m\u00e1s de un 60% de los d\u00edas perdidos por incumplimiento de metas<\/strong> y a <strong>minimizarse a la mitad el ausentismo laboral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un nuevo concepto laboral m\u00e1s extendido entre los <strong>millenials<\/strong> la denominada<strong> generaci\u00f3n Z<\/strong>, es decir, entre los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes que est\u00e1n comenzando a acceder al mercado laboral, ya que <strong>las generaciones de m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os consideran que ya han tenido un crecimiento profesional considerable<\/strong> y ahora deben ser remunerados por ello. Por su parte, seg\u00fan la<strong> VII encuesta de Adecco sobre felicidad en el trabajo<\/strong>, <strong>9 de cada 10 espa\u00f1oles<\/strong> <strong>aseguran que a la hora de optar a un trabajo tendr\u00eda muy en cuenta las pol\u00edticas de felicidad profesional entre su paquete de beneficios<\/strong>.
