Es ah\u00ed donde entran en juego programas como &#8216;Empleo para la reconciliaci\u00f3n&#8217;, un proyecto que se ha implementado en Bogot\u00e1 de la mano de la Alcald\u00eda, el programa de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acdivoca.org.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alianzas para la Reconciliaci\u00f3n USAID, ACDI\/VOCA<\/a> y la empresa privada Digeo con su proyecto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diageobaracademy.com\/es_ES\/learning-for-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8216;Learning for Life&#8217;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de una convocatoria, a la que acudieron m\u00e1s de mil j\u00f3venes procedentes de diferentes localidades de la capital colombiana, se seleccionaron 260 personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad para que realizaran su proceso de formaci\u00f3n y <strong>se graduaran como auxiliares en cocina, log\u00edstica y comercio<\/strong>. Entre los j\u00f3venes elegidos figuraban 13 ind\u00edgenas, 42 afrocolombianos y una participante de la Fundaci\u00f3n Natalia Ponce v\u00edctima de ataques por agentes qu\u00edmicos. Al acto de graduaci\u00f3n, que tuvo lugar el pasado 30 de noviembre, asistieron representantes de las entidades implicadas.<\/p>\n<p>Las oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n para el trabajo y el empleo se han llevado a cabo a trav\u00e9s de<strong> contratos de aprendizaje y laborales<\/strong>, gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n de 60 empresas p\u00fablicas y privadas. El proyecto tuvo adem\u00e1s un enfoque de g\u00e9nero, ya que<strong> las mujeres representaban el 70% del total de participantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada<\/strong> ha sido uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados de esta iniciativa enmarcada en los proyectos de inclusi\u00f3n social y empleabilidad de poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable en Bogot\u00e1. La empresa Diageo, mediante su programa &#8216;Learning for Life&#8217;, ha inspirado y transformado la vida de m\u00e1s de 100.000 j\u00f3venes latinoamericanos desde su comienzo en 2008.
