Iniciativas en Galicia, Asturias y Portugal intentan atraer a trabajadores j\u00f3venes a este sector<\/h3>\n

La fase actual de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico que vive Europa probablemente no ser\u00eda tal si la industria no hubiese recuperado el puesto de locomotora del desarrollo que siempre ha tenido. Competitividad, innovaci\u00f3n y estabilidad laboral<\/strong> son algunas de sus virtudes. No obstante, el auge que vive este sector estrat\u00e9gico podr\u00eda verse frenado por la falta de mano de obra cualificada.<\/p>\n

Las empresas del metal de Espa\u00f1a y Portugal han puesto en marcha diversas campa\u00f1as para tratar de paliar un problema que choca con las altas tasas de desempleo que sufren ambos pa\u00edses. La Federaci\u00f3n Lusogalaica de Industriales Metal\u00fargicos (Feluga)<\/a>, que agrupa a empresarios del sector de Galicia y Portugal, anunci\u00f3 recientemente que realizar\u00e1n acciones conjuntas para conseguir 28.000 operarios, 25.000 en el pa\u00eds vecino y 3.000 en la comunidad aut\u00f3noma.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Una de las estrategias se centrar\u00e1 en mejorar la formaci\u00f3n profesional de los trabajadores y hacer atractivo el sector para los demandantes de empleo m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes<\/strong>. Los empresarios lusos cifran entre un 2% y un 5% el crecimiento de su actividad en 2018<\/strong>. El metal se ha convertido pr\u00e1cticamente en el sector m\u00e1s importante de la industria transformadora, y supone el 18% del PIB de Portugal, un crecimiento que est\u00e1 en peligro por la escasez de mano de obra. Feluga est\u00e1 integrada por dos mil empresas que emplean a 80.000 personas.<\/p>\n

Asturias es otro de los territorios que quiere llamar la atenci\u00f3n sobre las oportunidades laborales que se abren en el campo de la metalurgia. Femetal<\/a>, la patronal asturiana de las industrias del metal, ha lanzado una p\u00e1gina web<\/a> en la que detalla las capacidades y formaci\u00f3n necesarias para poder trabajar en cada uno de los 30 oficios m\u00e1s representativos de este sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La secretaria general de Femetal, Mar\u00eda P\u00e9rez Medina<\/strong>, tach\u00f3 esta iniciativa como \u00abuna herramienta clave para el acercamiento de los j\u00f3venes al metal\u00bb, uno de los sectores m\u00e1s din\u00e1micos de la econom\u00eda regional, con algunas de las profesiones m\u00e1s demandadas por las empresas.<\/p>\n

La web tambi\u00e9n facilitar\u00e1 las labores de reclutamiento de las empresas<\/strong>, de los orientadores laborales<\/strong> a la hora de asesorar a demandantes de empleo y de las administraciones municipales<\/strong> cuando programen cursos de formaci\u00f3n para desempleados.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
