Este informe revela que el 73% de empleados se encuentra feliz con su puesto trabajo, lo que sit\u00faa al nivel de Alemania y por encima de Francia, Italia y Portugal.<\/h3>\n

El informe elaborado por Randstad<\/strong><\/a>, la empresa de recursos humanos ha analizado la tasa de satisfacci\u00f3n laboral de los ocupados seg\u00fan su edad, su nivel formativo y su pa\u00eds de residencia. El estudio se ha basado en m\u00e1s de 13.500 encuestas trabajadores de 33 pa\u00edses durante el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n

En el an\u00e1lisis se revela que el 73% de los profesionales espa\u00f1oles est\u00e1 satisfecho con su puesto de trabajo,<\/strong> esta cifra que supone tres puntos porcentuales m\u00e1s que la media europea (70%)<\/strong>, y sit\u00faa a Espa\u00f1a al nivel de Alemania y por encima de Reino Unido (69%) y Francia (68%).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los m\u00e1s satisfechos<\/h3>\n

En el detalle de este informe se ha podido conocer que la tasa de satisfacci\u00f3n de los que tienen estudios de secundaria<\/strong> es la \u00fanica que aumenta (75%)<\/strong> respecto al mismo trimestre del 2017 (70%). Mientras que los que tienen estudios de educaci\u00f3n primaria (54%)<\/strong> su tasa de satisfacci\u00f3n es menor, a diferencia del mismo periodo de 2017. En el caso de los que tienen formaci\u00f3n superior sus \u00edndices de satisfacci\u00f3n se mantienen igual.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, este documento revela que a mayor nivel formativo<\/strong>, mayor es la tasa de satisfacci\u00f3n de los empleados<\/strong>. En este sentido, los profesionales con educaci\u00f3n superior<\/strong> muestran una tasa de satisfacci\u00f3n del (76%)<\/strong>, lo que representa la mayor cifra alcanzada por nivel de estudios.<\/p>\n

Entretanto los pa\u00edses donde se concentran los trabajadores m\u00e1s felices son: Pa\u00edses Bajos (77%)<\/strong> y Austria (76%)<\/strong>. Y por encima de la media europea: Noruega (72%)<\/strong> y B\u00e9lgica (70%)<\/strong>. Solo a excepci\u00f3n de Espa\u00f1a, todos los pa\u00edses del sur del continente se ubican por debajo del promedio, con tasas que rondan entre el 69% y el 65%. Grecia<\/strong> es uno de ellos con 68%<\/strong>, Italia (65%)<\/strong> y Portugal (68%)<\/strong>.
