Estas son algunas de las preguntas a las que intenta dar respuesta el informe \u2018Mujeres j\u00f3venes ante el empleo\u2019 realizado por la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.es\/es\/fundacion.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n PriceWaterhouse Coopers<\/a> (PwC). Un texto que, en primer lugar, pone el acento en la percepci\u00f3n que tiene actualmente la sociedad sobre los j\u00f3venes en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p>El primer punto del estudio pasa por analizar cu\u00e1l es la realidad de la juventud a la hora de entrar en el mercado laboral: son la poblaci\u00f3n joven m\u00e1s formada de la historia y al mismo tiempo soportan los mayores \u00edndices de desempleo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea,<strong> los que trabajan lo hacen en condiciones precarias (alta temporalidad y sueldos bajos), y una inmensa mayor\u00eda encuentra muchas dificultades para independizarse.<\/strong> A todo ello, adem\u00e1s, hay que a\u00f1adir la progresiva transformaci\u00f3n a la que est\u00e1 haciendo frente el mercado debido a su r\u00e1pida digitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Segregaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Lo cierto es que el panorama laboral sigue estando segregado entre hombres y mujeres. Porque la tasa de actividad femenina est\u00e1 13 puntos por debajo de la masculina y la tasa de empleo est\u00e1 10 puntos por debajo, <strong>la brecha salarial habla de unos siete mil euros anuales de diferencia entre hombres y mujeres<\/strong> y los contratos de jornada completa est\u00e1n ocupados por hombres en m\u00e1s de un 60%. Y no solo eso sino que, seg\u00fan el citado informe, el sector de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, uno de los que se espera que cree m\u00e1s puestos de trabajo en un futuro, tambi\u00e9n sigue esa tendencia desigual en t\u00e9rminos de empleo: seg\u00fan el Instituto Europeo de Igualdad de Oportunidades, solo un 32% de los trabajadores de este sector son mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>Y lo que es m\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n contin\u00faa habiendo familias profesionales \u2018de hombres\u2019 y \u2018de mujeres\u2019, seg\u00fan el informe de PwC. As\u00ed la distribuci\u00f3n del empleo por rama de ocupaci\u00f3n y g\u00e9nero en poblaci\u00f3n de 16 a 24 a\u00f1os ofrece una imagen muy clara de esta realidad: <strong>ellos priman en el transporte, la construcci\u00f3n y la industria, y ellas en las actividades del hogar, la sanidad y la educaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> De hecho, seg\u00fan diversos estudios los estereotipos sobre empleos \u2018para ellas\u2019 siguen siendo un factor determinante.<\/p>\n<h4>El futuro<\/h4>\n<p>Pese a que la tendencia del mercado augura una convergencia en la tasa de actividad entre hombres y mujeres, lo cierto es que persistir\u00e1n otras dificultades de incorporaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes mujeres al mercado laboral como, por ejemplo, la evoluci\u00f3n de los salarios y la temporalidad de los empleos. Es por ello que el informe de PwC propone algunas medidas para poner en pr\u00e1ctica en el \u00e1mbito educativo, empresarial, familiar, social y de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel educativo se trata, principalmente, de <strong>crear modelos de orientaci\u00f3n alineados con las tendencias del mercado laboral y que est\u00e9 libre de estereotipos de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> y adecuar los planes formativos a las necesidades del mercado laboral con la incorporaci\u00f3n de competencias transversales y de promoci\u00f3n de la igualdad de g\u00e9nero. En el caso del plano empresarial, seg\u00fan PwC se debe apostar por medidas de <strong>corresponsabilidad y conciliaci\u00f3n entre la vida personal y laboral reales y efectivas<\/strong>, garantizar la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en los procesos de selecci\u00f3n y promover entre las ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes el referente de mujeres profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es necesario, seg\u00fan el estudio de PwC, sensibilizar a las familias y a la poblaci\u00f3n en general tanto de la vulnerabilidad de ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes como de la realidad del mercado laboral, trasladar la intervenci\u00f3n en materia de g\u00e9nero a todos los entornos sociales y lograr la colaboraci\u00f3n de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n en la proyecci\u00f3n de referentes femeninos en el \u00e1mbito pol\u00edtico, social y empresarial.
