{"id":7267,"date":"2019-02-15T14:12:22","date_gmt":"2019-02-15T13:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/?p=7267"},"modified":"2019-02-15T14:12:22","modified_gmt":"2019-02-15T13:12:22","slug":"job-skills-of-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.youthemploymentdecade.org\/es\/repor\/job-skills-of-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Las competencias laborales del futuro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3>Los reclutadores cada vez buscan m\u00e1s habilidades sociales y personales como el liderazgo, la creatividad o la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un estudio de la consultora<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icims.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> iCIMS Hiring Insights<\/a>, el 94% de los expertos en reclutamiento cree que <strong>un empleado con buenas \u2018soft skills\u2019 o habilidades blandas tiene m\u00e1s oportunidades de promocionarse a puestos de responsabilidad<\/strong> que alguien con m\u00e1s experiencia pero menos empat\u00eda, creatividad o capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n. Otro informe elaborado por la red social profesional <a href=\"https:\/\/es.linkedin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a> asegura que los reclutadores de talento ponen el foco en los candidatos que mejor conjugan esas habilidades blandas con las llamadas \u2018hard skills\u2019 o competencias duras.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfque son esas \u2018soft skills\u2019? En primer lugar, hay que tener claro que se denomina competencias duras a aquellas que, b\u00e1sicamente, se han obtenido a trav\u00e9s de los estudios o la pr\u00e1ctica profesional. Las blandas, por su parte, son aquellas habilidades sociales y personales que permiten adaptarse a diferentes situaciones tanto en el \u00e1mbito dom\u00e9stico como en la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Cu\u00e1les son esas competencias blandas b\u00e1sicas que, a juicio de las empresas, deber\u00edan tener hoy en d\u00eda y en un futuro todos los empleados var\u00edan ligeramente en funci\u00f3n de los estudios o informes a los que se atienda. Seg\u00fan el de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uky.edu\/UKHome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad de Kentucky<\/a>, las cinco \u2018soft skills\u2019 m\u00e1s valoradas son: la integridad, la capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n, la responsabilidad, las habilidades sociales y el liderazgo. En el estudio de LinkedIn se a\u00f1ade adem\u00e1s la creatividad como un gran valor en alza, al igual que la adaptabilidad y el trabajo en equipo. Y a ellas hay que a\u00f1adirle las que recoge el informe \u2018El futuro del trabajo\u2019 del Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial:<strong> la iniciativa, la originalidad y el pensamiento cr\u00edtico<\/strong>, habilidades que ser\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s requeridas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, las que m\u00e1s coinciden los expertos como b\u00e1sicas y muy bien valoradas son:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Trabajo en equipo:<\/strong> m\u00e1s del 30% de las empresas cree que sus empleados no cuentan con esta habilidad que, muchas veces, parece b\u00e1sica. Sin embargo, aptitudes como el saber escuchar o la empat\u00eda son esenciales para trabajar bien entre varias personas y, especialmente, para crear relaciones s\u00f3lidas en el puesto de trabajo que, adem\u00e1s, faciliten el trabajo conjunto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Comunicaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> tanto oral como escrita. El 46% de los reclutadores consideran que los candidatos no tienen buenas capacidades comunicativas. Sin embargo, es vital saber hacerse entender y expresarse. A nivel escrito es importante no caer en las tentaciones del \u2018mal escribir\u2019 de las redes sociales y el Whatsapp y, a nivel oral, es vital aprender a conectar son la audiencia y ser persuasivo. Controlar ambos \u00e1mbitos puede, incluso, ayudar a resolver conflictos y llegar a soluciones conjuntas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Pensamiento cr\u00edtico:<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n considerado adaptabilidad o resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, el 60% de las empresas cree que sus empleados no cumplen con esta \u2018soft skill\u2019 y, sin embargo, es una de las m\u00e1s importantes porque ayuda a demostrar que se es capaz de afrontar cualquier imprevisto que surja en el \u00e1mbito laboral. Igual de importante es saber manejar bien el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad, aspectos b\u00e1sicos en un equipo cuando se generan cambios muy bruscos o hay mucha carga de trabajo, o la inteligencia emocional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Liderazgo:<\/strong> casi el 45% de los empresarios buscan un buen l\u00edder para se equipo y, de hecho, esta habilidad es una de las m\u00e1s demandadas. No en vano, un buen l\u00edder les supone a las empresas una gran herramienta para conseguir el compromiso y la alta productividad de los empleados a su cargo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Creatividad:<\/strong> seg\u00fan LinkedIn ser\u00e1 la cualidad m\u00e1s deseada durante este 2019 para los reclutadores. Una idea que se respalda con las previsiones del Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial, que pronostica que en 2020 ser\u00e1 la tercera habilidad m\u00e1s demandada por las empresas.
